The worst place I ever ate at I ordered online. I don’t have lunch until 12:00 AM. It did not give me an option for 12 o’clock 1030pm is what option I got on the app so I tried to call the store 2 different times and there is no number that works for that store so I went to pick up my food at 12 and ask for my sandwiches to be remade since it was already two hours later. The guy on Night Shift decided no he wasn’t gonna remake my sandwiches. He was gonna remake me pay for everything to remake the sandwiches argued with me and told me he will not help me. He will not serve me. He will not pay back my money either.. This guy is always disrespectful always rude always have an attitude. The store is never clean. I have worked for the factory for five years going on six and this store has always had problems with customer service and the cleanings in it On night shift . I only took one of the sandwiches out of the two and still refuse to give me my money back so at this point, I am really angry and I want my money back truthfully and I will never come back to the store. I have my receipt and I will be there first thing in the morning at 7 AM to deal with this matter.. Its extremely unprofessional and extremely unsafe and at this point I feel like calling the health District because when is it ever OK to serve Cold food that’s been sitting out for two hours to a customer that already paid for their food. It is not my fault that your store has a number listed that does not work. Nor is it my fault that they don’t give a 12 AM option on the app I was told to call the number that was on the door when I call it. It goes straight to voicemail so at this Point something needs to be done and that guy needs a better attitude Towards customers...
Read moreMy son and I rented a car from Hertz in Sacramento to drive back here and the address they gave us as the drop off location was this Subway location. We went inside and talked with Brian, to find out if he knew where Hertz is located. He was very helpful. We just expected a quick answer, that it wasn't there, and maybe directions as to where it might really be. He did much more than that. When we told him we had already called Hertz because the drop off location wasn't listed and then they gave us this address, Brian called them and told them their address was wrong because it's Subway and he works there. He got them to fix it so we could drop it off at the airport, since by then, the other Hertz were already closed. But that was great,because we could easily find the airport! . After dropping off the car, we were planning on eating somewhere else, but because Brian was so nice, we decided to eat at Subway, so we could thank him again. We found him to be very professional and courteous, and helpful in making our sandwiches, and we noticed that he paid attention to everyone who walked in the door and greeted them immediately. They need to pay their employees more to get some quality people. Dropping to 2 stars. This Manager needs to be here everyday to get his employees under control. EDIT 2019-01-30 ** - Jessica is back, but they are struggling ever since they went 24 hrs. Customers have long wait times and the employees seem to disappear in the back.
