The highlight of my visit undoubtedly was the renowned Fat Shack sandwich, a true marvel that pushes the boundaries of traditional sandwich offerings. This mammoth creation starts with a robust cheesesteak foundation, adorned with crispy chicken fingers, spicy jalapeño poppers, gooey mozzarella sticks, and golden French fries, all housed within a soft, inviting roll. The pièce de résistance is the honey-jalapeño mustard, which imparts a tantalizing blend of sweet and spicy flavors, elevating the sandwich to astonishing new heights of culinary bliss. The unique blend of flavors and textures in this sandwich is a surefire way to pique the interest and thrill the taste buds of any food enthusiast.
Every succulent bite of the Fat Shack sandwich presents a symphony of textures and flavors. The savory cheesesteak melds with the crunchy chicken fingers and jalapeño poppers, while the mozzarella sticks and French fries offer a delightful interplay of cheesy richness and starchy satisfaction. The honey-jalapeño mustard ties it all together, creating an impeccably harmonized blend that dances on the palate with every bite.
The philosophy behind the Fat Shack is as extraordinary as its flawless execution. The audacious fusion of ingredients reflects a spirit of culinary daring, inviting diners to embrace the unexpected and luxuriate in the sheer decadence of their creations.
Visiting the Fat Shack on Bermuda Road is a universally recommended experience for those searching for culinary ecstasy. Read moreSaw this place and immediately went to the reviews, it was a little after 1am. The reviews were mixed but the burger looked like what I wished In and Out really looked like.. we decided to give it a try. Walked into the cleanest, most laid back establishment, with a pretty decent group of dinners waiting for their food. Did I mention this establishment only had young, handsome, exceptionally prepared gentlemen on staff at the time. (OK fellas, I see you!) A light skinned handsome gentleman (Ya you cute!) greeted us quickly letting us know he would be with us shortly. I ordered a classic burger and my friend a classic burger (with no this, no that, and the other...at 1 something in the morning, she like living on the edge) with fries and waited a short time for it to be ready. I also ordered a oreo shake last minute and our original thirst trap was assisted by his equally handsome coworker who took my order ( I think I heard him say "Nice to meet you, I'm sorry"). Food was ready sooner then we expected and we were back home in 10 minutes tops. The burgers were thick, perfectly cooked, and well seasoned... Oh and our food was delicious and perfect to the order too! The late night dinning experience can be sketchy at times and we were truly grateful for such a delicious meal and exceptional...
Read moreI had heard a lot of really good things about this place. So after attending a concert with the wife and kids on the Strip, I decided to try it.
Typical burger joint that seems to be spreading throughout the Vegas Valley in recent years. They all have their little idiosyncrasies that make them sick out from the others. This one has a list of burgers that have a multitude of toppings.
I chose a classic bacon double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. Ordering was simple enough and we waited for our food. And we waited... and waited... It appeared that they had a lot of online orders come in at the same time, so it took a while to get our food. When it came they apologized for the long wait.
My burger was a little on the overcooked side for my taste. Bacon was perfectly crisp and delicious. I like a burger with toppings throughout. My burger has all the toppings dead center and none around the edges. So the first bite was just well done ground beef, bacon, cheese, and bun. It wasn't a bad burger experience, but not the great experience I was expecting based on reviews I had heard and seen.
Chances are I will not go here again due to its average taste and its distance away...
