Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

First time ordering from this location. Won't ever order from here again. App told me food was delivered. Went outside to nothing. Went to houses on the street in case it was left at the wrong house and nothing still. Called and a woman answered. Told them we didn't get anything and she started saying "we delivered it". Told her obviously you didn't and we have video recording to prove no one has been at the door this entire time she said "my manager is coming in a few minutes. I'll have him call you back." We get the call back from the manager and explain what happened. We get a "Well what do you want me to do about it?" No apology or other compensation was offered. We told him we wanted our pizza and that we'd pick it up instead. He said they could do that but that they'd need to recharge my card for the order and that the refund for the first one would take 3-5 days. We said okay nevermind just redeliver the pizza. Manager said they'd call when the pizza was on its way and he did so we waited outside for it. The delivery guy wasn't wearing any uniform and his car didn't have anything on it either so we at first didn't think it was him but he pulled the food out of his car and handed it to us. I am writing this review after a deeply disappointing experience at Hungry Howie’s Pizza on Buffalo and Flamingo. The quality of both the pizza and chicken was far below what one would expect from a reputable establishment such as this. The food was undercooked to the point of being doughy, a clear indication of negligence in the kitchen.

However, the poor food quality was not the only issue. The service was equally, if not more, frustrating. I had called ahead to ensure my pizza would be ready upon arrival and was assured by the staff member on the phone that my order was being put through immediately. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to find a different staff member telling me I had to have the pizza with me for them to remake it. This was in direct contradiction to what I had been told over the phone.

The staff then proceeded to act as though I was fabricating this entire scenario, adding insult to injury. It is unacceptable to treat customers with such disregard and to play games with them over a mistake that was clearly on the restaurant’s end.

I have ordered from hungry Howie's before in a different city and it was great. I was excited that I found one here. I drove to pick up pizza because I was not in delivery area. I got there and was shocked to see no one wearing a mask during the covid danger time. Every other restaurants i been to wears mask. Not this place i guess they just don't care about spreading it if they have it. That's bad but I said ok not every place is concerned about covid or spreading it. So since I placed a order I figured I should pay for it. I paid for the order. The pizza was horrible. I got a regular hand toss and received a what looked like thin crust worse pizza I ever tasted. The boneless wings were cold and was not boneless wings at all. It was more like some cheap chicken nuggets you buy from the store that has menced chicken in them with a lot of breading. I bit into one and got chewy grissel which I spit out and refused to eat any more. The bread sticks were not good either i ate one and it had a weird taste. This place is not like the Howie's in California that has amazing food. I guess this franchise is just not up to par with the brand. I will never order...
