Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Nevada

Friday night 04/22/2022 I come here often ask for the same thing. Spicy chicken sandwich combo large only chicken and bun PLEASE. after I'm done with my order I let her know AGAIN only chicken and bun and she says "I know". Well she obviously doesn't know because I get to the window check the burger and it's cheese and bun. I tell her again before handing the burger back reminding her I only asked for chicken and bun. She takes it back and not even a minute later gives me "another one" I open it back up and it had cheese pieces on it so I tell her you gave me the same one what if I'm allergic to cheese and she's like they made you another one and I assured her it was the same one that they had only removed the cheese because there was cheese stuck on it and she said well they just took the cheese off 🤷‍♀️. Also gave me a medium drink when I asked for a large when I asked her about that she just said they ran out. Why not let me know that when I'm ordering? So i guess this is just a guessing game it...

Normally always come here order thru the mobile app and pick up in drive thru, last night i placed a pick up order thru mobile app for drive thru since the lobby closed in less than 7 minutes, when i got to the window the worker that night (never seen him before normally is older mexican woman or young kids) proceeds to tell me that next time place my order for pickup bc the amount of time it takes to prepare it runs the stores numbers up? From a customer/ex fast food worker pov how is it any of my concern what your system does, and there wasn’t any other cars in line? And I wouldn’t even have wrote this review if it wasn’t for the absurd amount of sauce they put on my TWO spicy wraps and no jalepenos? , i asked for extra sauce and ended up wiping it all off before i could even eat. Oh man!! If you love getting interrupted at the drive thru, missing ingredients, and half full fries this is the place for you!! I would love to tell you how good the new Blue Cheese Bacon Ribeye burger is but I got what looked like one crumble of cheese and no bacon. I couldn't even take solace in eating the great curly fries Jack has since I got a large order that was barely to the opening in the container. I double checked the bottom of the bag for sweet salvation but was met with more disappointment. I'm not an expert but I think the employee would have gotten my order right if he didn't interrupt me with one word grunts of "drink" and "fries" before I could even finish saying the name of my burger. I used to recommend this place for after work meals for my friends and I but shall reframe from that from now one. If you still with me thank you and my last words are, take heed and hit MacD's...
