Probably the most dysfunctional Little Caesars I've been to. I arrived 20 minutes after the expected ready time and was greeted by a lobby full of upset customers who were also waiting. One guest had like 5 pizzas in front of her when I arrived and was just waiting on her wings. When I left she was still waiting.
Looking back at the kitchen I saw pizzas being made and boxes stacking up but hardly any pizzas coming out. Finally someone comes out with like 5 pizzas for an order for "Rollo". He wasn't there. Another guy opens his pizza portal and grabs his crazy bread but his pizza wasn't in there (lol). The employee up front just opens up the doors to the warmer that was holding "Rollo's" order and just gives him one of the pizzas.
Eventually my order of a single standard extramost pepperoni and crazy bread is ready. I retrieve it from the portal almost immediately, and leave the lobby passing several customers who were already waiting when I arrived about 30 minutes prior. I get home (a two minute drive away) and notice the pizza and crazy bread are cold. Crazy bread is greasy and undercooked, so it was more like strings of lukewarm dough.
I know when I go to Little Caesar's I'm not getting the best pizza in the world. Actually when fresh and done right I do enjoy their pizza. I'm getting a deal for a decent pizza that is both Hot, and Ready. Tonight it was neither. I know that if the worst part of my night was a long wait and a bad pizza, then the night isn't so terrible. That may be true, but it doesn't change the fact that it was still a...
Read moreWorst place ever. I ordered 3 extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas one of them thin with light sauce. I get the pizza home and its dry as hell they put lil sauce on the receipt so im guessing who made it thought i wanted just a drop of sauce. So i called and Spoke with Martha she was very nice and said they would replace them when ever i come back. So i go up there almost a week later yesterday and she is not their nor is my name in the book. So they call the manager to the front and he says ok i will remake them for you. He brings all 3 pzzas out quick as hell i only look at the first one which had mushrooms on it but the mushrroms didnt seem cooked enough but i never got mushrooms on a pizza so im like thank you and take all the boxes with out looking at the rest. When i get home first my cousin looks at the pizzas and she's like wth. I don't see how you didn't check the pizza b4 you left. The pizza was under cooked barely had cheese and i had to put it in the oven to cook it longer which made it hard. So i call today and let them know and he the manager tells me you looked at it before you left. Yes i looked at the first box not the rest and he didn't even offer to open and show them to me. I opened it on my own, which i think is odd. You have lost a good customer. I will definitely not come back there. Horrible horrible customer. I should have requested my...
Read moreCalled in advance and talked to someone to find out when the online delivery order cut off time was, and then proceed to place my order full 12 minutes before that cut off time, and after choosing and picking the toppings for my 4 pizzas, the system rejected my order saying that it's too late to place an online order - 12 minutes before that said cut off time. I ended up canceling my online order and rushing and physically going to the store to place my order to make it on time before they closed. Then I had to deal with this very unhappy and grumpy worker who didn't seem very happy to take my order. It felt like borderline ignorant. And when I was paying for the order before they made the pizzas, the credit card payment processor asked me for 3 predetermined tip amounts, all of which I thought were ridiculously high. Why should someone be essentially be forced to pay a tip, worse - a predetermined tip , when it's only a take out order? Maybe that's partly why the worker was ignorant, because maybe he saw me when I chose not to pay a tip, because he staring at the screen when I was making the payment. That could've been part of why he was not very happy and grumpy. Then there's the pizzas. The pizzas themselves seem undercooked and none of them were thoroughly properly cut all the way through - all the pieces were stuck to one another and kept tearing...
