I am updating my review which i left last year. I will keep my original review below.

Last month we ordered delivery as we normally do. I ordered Orange chicken and my husband ordered house fried rice. He shared some of his fried rice with me but I noticed there wasn't a lot of shrimp in the rice so I figured I would eat around them so he could have it.

The next day, my husband had food poisoning. He was sick for over a week causing us to have to cancel a flight out of town because he was too sick to travel. I figured since I didn't get sick, it was the shrimp that got him sick. Call the store they claimed no one else reported being sick and dismissed by complaint. My husband didn't eat ANYTHING but their food.

Okay, I moved to Las Vegas in August 2021 from Brooklyn, NY. In October 2021, i was craving Chinese. I saw New York Chinese and thought well maybe this will be as good as home. I got chicken wings with lo mein and my husband got boneless spare rib tips. I asked for duck sauce they didn't have it but I expected that. In NY we put BBQ, Hot sauce and ketchup on our wings. I asked for a side of BBQ sauce, given to me no problem. I found the chicken wings to be pretty good. Did not enjoy the long mein at all but the BBQ sauce was good. I decided I wouldn't try any more Chinese food in Vegas including this restaurant. I would just wait to visit NY to get my fix which in November 21, I did because I went to visit NY.

Fast forward to October 2022, haven't had any Vegas Chinese in a year. My husband said he wanted Chinese. So I figured I would try NY Chinese again. I'm so glad I did ! Everytbing was delicious and they even gave me...

If you're searching for delicious, classic American-Chinese food that’s served fast and always fresh, New York Chinese Restaurant is a local gem in Las Vegas.

The menu features flavorful favorites like crispy egg rolls, savory pork fried rice, and hearty Mongolian beef—always generous in portion and popping with taste.

Orders come out super speedy, making it an ideal pick for both a quick lunch and a satisfying dinner. The prices are reasonable, giving you great value without skimping on quality or quantity.

Best of all, there's no pressure on tipping—service is friendly, but the experience is refreshingly low-key. Whether dining in, grabbing takeout, or getting delivery, it’s easy to enjoy a tasty meal here without breaking the bank or feeling rushed.

Highly recommend for anyone craving comfort food, fast service, and a stress-free...

Unfortunately you can't leave one star.

This restaurant is an absolute nightmare. I've eaten at the Henderson location for almost 4 years straight. Love it. Clean. Friendly. Amazing food.

Not this location.

I go in and the lady just says what do you want to eat? No menu or anything. Okay. Order the General Tsos chicken. Inedible. I spit out 4 pieces of disgusting "chicken." The fried rice was not made today. Was old gross. So I have to stand at the counter so I can just get my check and leave. Finally she comes out of the back. I tell her the food was gross. She said, " I didn't cook it. Is this your first time?" Told her no. Go to the Henderson location frequently. "Oh, maybe they cook different."

Yeah they sure do.

God awful. Should have just thrown a $10 bill into traffic...

Called ahead and ordered a take out dinner. I had the pork with mushroom And my husband had the general tso and we split an order of crab ragoons. It was a total of $35. In my opinion it wasn't worth the money. The portions were huge but the food itself was very bland and didn't have a lot of flavor to it. The food was hot and fresh. The ragoons were the best thing out of our whole dinner It took forever to get their attention when we got there and then was told it still wasn't ready when they said it would be in twenty minutes so we waited an additional 10 minutes. I wouldn't go back.
