Cubanidad Express — Restaurant in Summerlin South

April 2nd 8:20pm My wife and I have been here frequently more often because the food is great but keep reading ... we decided to come here again and tried calling with consideration they needed to close soon but like all businesses, assumed we would be treated well until closing .... I called the first time nobody answers... I figure if we order ahead they won't be as close to the actual closing time. I called a second time and the girl picks up the phone that's it down by the register doesn't say one word that keeps it off of the hook and I can clearly hear them talking in the background so I decided not to hang up my phone since we were on our way and we were just going to go ahead and place an order in person anyway. As soon as we get there... there are absolutely no customers inside. The place is open. We go to the register and she says can I take your order. Because I never hung up my phone and the company phone was still by the register the phone started loud feedback that the cooks could hear. So I pulled out my phone and said you're the one that didn't answer the phone and she said oh there was a problem with the phone. We place our order but I decided not to say something. I hope the owners understand.answering that phone is key for a successful business... for exampl that's why some real estate agents are successful and some are not because the non successful ones never answer their phone. I hope the owner understands that answering the phone equals money into the business and that these types of employee behaviors can lead to a momentum of other behaviors that shut a business down. I which I can given -5 stars , the most ridiculous , the worst and sarcastic costumer services , I am Cuban and to be honest I never tasted in my 43 years a horrible food Lake I did today specifically the black beans and the ropa vieja ( old clothes ) I’m so disappointed that literally I will never come back to this place ( Havana grill , Havana express , Habanos Cafe , Carlitos Cuban food and El Tinajon ) had the best Cuban food of the all valley of Las Vegas and not to spence as Cubanidad $22 dollars for a complete which is a plate that you can rice, beans, meat and fry yuca , boiling yuca or plantains they have different things that you get and that on the menu said cost you $14.95 but they decided to charge me more and the funny thing was that my wife a week ago she paid $16 and some change for the same food and honestly the flavor was way different and even that I ask for a complete or completa in Spanish the cashier told me I have to charge you the black beans and the boiled yuca as a side and for my surprise, when I get to my job with the food that I order and not happy to pay because they literally robbed me in my face she tells me we are wasting time on the same thing better pay me and God bless you , to me it was like go away anyway her body language and according with her I’m here to work I’m not the owner I don’t care about anything else I guess they forgot how’s paying there bills Imagine how much I disagree with this food that I had to throw away even all my coworkers 10 total try the food and they don’t like it not even mention there mojito for the boiled yuca horrible honestly people don’t waste you money it's...

Traveling as soon as you take your suitcase you do not know what destiny will happen ... and I say it with my complete frankness. That day I arrived in Las Vegas and I never imagined that besides seeing the beautiful and dazzling city that welcomes you little by little ... it turns out that in a place you never thought there would be a corner with so much flavor and sense of good taste .. when you're surprised by hunger and you're looking to eat something fast. Well, I invite you to CUBANIDAD .. a small but very cozy restaurant that because of your attention and the flavors and smells when you enter ... they take you from the.man to your memories and roots ... the own Cuba. not to mention the congris rice ... or the meat, old clothes ... from the yucca with mojo ... or from the tostones ... or simply from a croquette of cod ... and a rich and tasty coffee a la Cuban .... in short. A WHOLE FOR WHO REALLY FEEL CUBAN .. or just for those who are not know how to taste the cuisine of the Greater Antillean ... I invite and I assure you .. cuabdo want to go fast and eat something tasty ... go .. they will not regret it. SUGGESTION expand your business. or open more space ...
