Panda Express — Restaurant in Nevada

I arrive shortly after 7:15 pm 5-16-22. They only had rice, noodles and a bit of orange chicken, Les than a spoon of wok shrimp, a few egg rolls and some seafood cream cheese fried things. I told the one girl that I wanted veggies. I told her I was night blind and had limited time to get my food and drive home(I live off of Aztec dr). I asked her if they are going to cook some veggies, black angus stk and orange chicken. She said she was not sure if the cook would cook it. Then another woman came and said she wanted the same thing and lots more ( large group) then she said she would ask the cook for the food to be prepared. She then took my order and I paid at 7:27 pm then she put out broc and beef. Then I wanted with the other group the food was made. She served the other large group and filled two more orders I told her I need my food I was losing light. ( when I asked if they were going to cook more food I told her and I made it clear, “ if you can’t fill my order soon, I have to go to the store in 95 and mohave. I can’t wait if you are not going to cook it. Please tell me now. She said” it will take 8 minutes. I said ok I’ll wait.) I went up to her and ask for her to fill my order, I had to leave. She never asked the cook for the veggies so she yelled at me I had to wait for the veggies. I told her it was taking too long. She forgot . She said she did not care, I should have come earlier. Wow!! We vacation each year on the Colorado River and for the first time, my family stayed at the Avi Resort this summer. The resort is on the river and has great entertainment for children. We stopped at Panda Express our first night there. The lady serving us was super friendly and remarkably patient as my children pondered the multiple food choices. We also noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant and tables as compared to other vendors in the food court, which prompted us to return several times over our five day stay. The last day we found out that Diana Perez was the store manager, and had been the lady that served us with that big smile the first night. Wonderful experience and our kids can’t wait to go back to the Avi to eat at Panda Express...

Food miss labeled (always). Got the rude employees two young ladies. They never change gloves after touching money. And just stopped my food to take hom. I asked the young lady to fix it I wasn't going to eat hanging from the container. The other epployee took the plate and just put it back in serving tray to service to other people could eat. Slopped my plate to go plate in the bag spilled out of my bag by the time I got home. And made a mess at home. Do you not train these people. I will talk to the manage.
