Subway — Restaurant in Nevada

So I'm a fan of Subway and I enjoy the food. But the experience here was really bad. The staff was standing there waiting 8-15 min for the shift change since they were bringing the new register which I understand, it happens. But during that time they were literally standing around with containers empty and no bread ready. By the time the person arrived and they started to take orders guess what happened? They had no ingredients for the sandwiches and no bread. So when we started ordering they had to tell us to wait as they went to the back and to bring ingredients and bread. 🤦🏻‍♂️ anyway when we asked for "melted" the bread came out and it was barely warm and the cheese was like barely melted. I didn't say anything on the spot because I didn't want to make a scene and make the staff uncomfortable but I also work in a kitchen and this type of behavior is what makes a business get bad reviews. Like I said before, I love subway and their service is usually pretty good but here I ended up pretty disappointed. I got a sub twice at subway and your employee medellin gave me a hard time on how I wanted my sub. I just asked her not to use the knife because it was dirty from previous subs and she said she has to use it. I go to subway all the time and I never had a problem until I went there. The lady in front of me didn’t have her avi card but she gave her the discount. When she rung me up she had an attitude never asked for my card so I showed it to her.
