Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Nevada

Cold pizza, forgot drink, wrong toppings, skimpy portions, can't get ahold of store to rectify this. no one answers the phone!!!!😤 Boooooooooo . .. i had to drive down to the store to get my soda. They're out of parm 🤔 so a very nice young lady gave me a $10 refund on a $47 bill 🤨 and i'm still on hold !!

Update: After 35 minutes on hold, i explained briefly to the store manager, who just said ok, please hold. After a few minutes more, i was routed to a corporate rep who had already refunded me... to my pizza hut account 🙄, but whatever. It's not like I won't be having pizza hut again. I just placed an order with Amy and I was calling from the East Coast to order a pizza for my 72-year-old pops who lives in Reno.... they were so amazing they were able to get the food to him within 15 minutes and the delivery girl Rihanna was very patient, because my dad is hard of hearing she stayed on the phone with me until he came to the door!! Good prices and good pizza but never accurate about time of completion of there products. Eta always says 15 minutes regardless. Add 5 minutes to pizza or ten if you dare to order any side items 10 minutes at minimum for a total of 20 to 30 minutes. I wish they would update the timing system to be more accurate. One time I ordered pasta and they said they were running out. Perhaps availability should be updated as well. I've been telling them this for awhile but nothing changes unfortunately. Also cancelling orders at the time they were supposed to be complete. Very frustrating. I hope they can...
