Subway — Restaurant in Nevada

When I went into Subway I was in a good mood, was talking to the lady that worked there, she got up walked away didn't say hi bye nothing or a smile or a laugh or anything. Went around the counter I wanted meatball subs I told her I wanted mozzarella on it she said mozzarella is extra, it's been a while since I've been to a Subway and I never had to pay extra for mozzarella so I was letting her know that, she raised up her hands said have a nice day and walk to the back of the store. I was standing there wondering what to do if she was coming back, or what was going on. It took a while then a man came out and he helped me understand that the other cheeses I could put on there but mozzarella was extra, she didn't take the time to explain that to me and she made me feel unwelcome and I don't know if I want to go back to that store anymore because of her bad attitude towards her work and me, she also didn't have gloves on when she was touching the bread. And I should at least get some customer service for spending over $10 a piece for a sandwich that normally came with cheese and now it's extra!! She should have gotten trouble for the way she treated me, I am having to go online for my complaint, she should not continue, she probably needs to work...

I'm posting this on behalf of a co-worker because I just felt that I needed to. My co-worker is a paramedic in the city of Reno, NV. When on duty we depend heavily on the kindness local business establishments to allow us to use their restroom facilities because we don't have the ability to go back to a station and use the restroom. My co-worker had been running 911 calls for sometime and hadn't had the opportunity to relieve himself. My co-worker appreciates the cleanliness of this Subway's restrooms and went to use them. He entered the restaurant and politely asked for the key. The employee advised my co-worker "You need to order a sandwich first." Now I understand this policy completely and had it been left at that this review wouldn't be getting written. It was the comment which followed next that was completely unwarranted. The employee stated "Just because you work for the ambulance doesn't mean you get special privileges". I have tried to give this place a chance a few times now. I will NOT be making that mistake again. Husband and I asked for our sandwich’s to be toasted. I don’t know if it’s user error or the toaster but it didn’t even melt the cheese. Go to veggies and the guy literally put 8 pieces of spinach on a foot long 4 pickles a literal pinch of olives and a line of sauce. When I asked for more he just moved on acting like he didn’t hear me and said what else. Literally the full foot long was equivalent to the amount u would put on a 6 inch for the meat atless. The veggies weren’t enough for a 1/3 of one. 13 bucks for the skimpiest nasty sandwich I’ve ever had literally. Don’t waste your money at this subway folks!
