I'm just not going to go here anymore. I would say one or two times out of three I get the completely wrong food. I go through the drive-thru and I rarely have a good experience. I travel quite a ways to get here. This is just the last time. Tonight Instead of a burrito supreme, I got a bean and cheese burrito which had barely any cheese. So once again I paid a higher price & got a burrito half the size / ingredients. Usually I check my order because it's wrong so many times. I wish I would have done that tonight. The girl in the Drive-Thru said that she didn't have the time to sub out red sauce for green sauce cuz she didn't know how so she said that she just told the cooks. She recommended a burrito supreme to me. I told her I'm hesitant to order a burrito supreme at this location because every time I do it has like nothing in it and it's littler than a dollar burrito. She assured me that would not be the case tonight. She was right. I didn't get the burrito supreme at all. They put the wrong burrito in the bag. It was a bean and cheese burrito but I paid for a burrito supreme. I cannot tell you how many times something like this has happened. Read moreAug 15th. Food is good. The staff is always good. But they have these two new kiosk they are practically forcing you to use. It should be an option not a requirement. Last time I insisted on the counter but the girl insisted on putting my order in at the kiosk. I pay cash. Guess what, we ended up back at the counter anyway. If they continue to try and force using the kiosk on me I will stop coming in. Eveyone while I was sitting here eating were very against using the kiosk. Today was the first time someone refused to and walked out. A lost customer. Most people do not like them, proven by another chain that uses them but they do not force customers to use them. Well see next time what happens. If I dont get my order taken at the counter it will be my last visit to this Taco Bell.
Aug 21st now. Got my order taken at the counter this time like it should be but they continue to try and push these kiosk on people becsuse they dont have someone to work the counter. The person working the drive through also has to work the counter. She trys very hard but that is not good business. Read moreThe food was Okay. (Since Taco Bell updated or changed it's menu in the past 1-2 years, the food choices have been reduced to a great deal of items made with chicken. Items like the "Enchurito" are gone. The Enchurito & several other items that were on the Taco Bell menu for at least 40+ years are now, gone but most definitely not for the better.) During this stop, I ordered the nachos & the person with me ordered crunchy taco supreme & a mexican pizza. The nachos were okay. They did get a little bit soggy & would have been much better with chips that aren't "air" chips, but that's not an option. The best item after considering what we purchased was the crunchy taco supreme. It was a crunchy shell with ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato & sour cream. So, the service was okay. A little bit slow but that's okay. The best thing I can say is that the food must have been fresh & handled properly because I did not get stomach sick from the food. And that says a great deal.
