I stopped in to get gas and noticed a lunchtime deal for Sbarro, for $3 a pizza slice if you got 10 gallons in gas. The pizza didn't look fresh, so I opted to go for a calzone instead. The "pizza maker", who didn't look the most hygenic, grabbed the calzone from a little pedestal, and it was the only one there. I thought it was just a display item, so when she grabbed it, I asked it if it was fresh, and she said it was made around 3 hours before. I don't see how they can serve items like meat and cheese that sits for thar long because most foods are not safe to eat after an hour after being cooked. I didn't notice their food rating, but I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from here, especially since nothing is refrigerated while sitting, or even under a heat lamp.
