Tropicana Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

I was a regular, I ordered frequently, because I loved there ranch. Usually the people who answered the phone were friendly and helpful. Though I ordered tonight, and some older guy answered. I could tell it was busy and he was rushing, but he was very curt are short while trying to place the order, he rushed every aspect like I couldn't talk fast enough for him. He didn't even give me my total before he said good bye and moved on to the next call. Then when the order arrived, it wasn't a half pepperoni/sausage, half pepperoni/mushroom pizza and mild wings as I ordered. Instead it was a half pepperoni, half pepperoni/mushroom/sausage pizza (which "coincidentally" offers them an added cost for the same amount of toppings, just different arrangement) and PLAIN wings. When I called right after the driver left, the guy who took the order blamed the "miscommunication" on me, then called me a liar about the wings, saying he "tossed them himself". I even took a picture of the PLAIN wings for proof, but that was as far as he was willing to go; A regular customer got the wrong order because he was in a hurry, that customer was also over charged, and "too bad", because he couldn't care less.

It's sad that I have to stop frequenting a place I loved, but if that is their new customer service attitude, I would rather not waste my...

Nope, I dont recommend this place anymore and here is why: I have ordered from here many times through the years and they just lost a customer. Thats lost revenue. I would have given this place a 4 or 5 stars in the past but today? WOW, time travel back to 3 years ago please. Prices were raised, food quality and quantity has not improved. Its not worth the price at all, today. I used to be able to order and pay with a credit card over the phone, then my wife or kid could pickup. NOPE, rejected... so how the hell can anyone order delivery if you wont take a payment over the phone? what? new ownership?

lower your prices back to what it was, get rid of the attitudes of the people answering the phone, take orders for pickup or delivery over the phone, w. payment. and you will increase your business.... You will make MORE money than having a s h i t attitude and high prices. At least say, sorry, must do doordash orders and pay there......

update, i just ordered from dominos and got a lot of food, decent quality, delivered. Took my order and payment over the phone, wasnt rude and prices were great! A 2 topping pizza for...

Do NOT order pizza from here. This is the rudest, most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever come in contact with. I called to order chicken fingers, and asked for some with a certain flavor and the rest plain. I get my order & it’s wrong. I called to let them know it was wrong and the person answering the phone instantly started yelling at me, cutting me off and telling me I ordered wrong and that he is the only one taking orders and knows for a fact that he put my order in right and that it’s my fault, that I don’t listen. I asked to speak with another manager and he refused and continued to yell and scream at me, even saying “I hope you lose your job and your family” this is the most vile interaction with a business I’ve ever had. They will no longer get my business! instead of apologizing or asking to correct my order or fix it I was yelled at and belittled and had someone unprofessionally talk about my family! I highly recommend ordering elsewhere where they value...
