Therefore; I Can Express My Most Sincere Appreciation and Gratitude To Brandon, For His Hard Work, Dedication and Extreme Effort To Do Such An Amazing Job In All His Menus. I Been In Over 28 Nations, And So Far I Love Pho Has By Far The Best Vietnamese Food Back In The States Away From Such Beautiful Island. Not Once Have I Ever Been Disappointed. I Have Order, Dine In And To Go Over 12 Times In Less Than 30 Days. I Absolutely Love This Location Food. From Texture, Taste, Freshness, Flavor Just Mind Boggling How They Manage To Have a Fresh Made Taste Every Time. Been There In The Morning, Afternoon And Today Approximately at 2200 Hours Before They Close. Once Again a Great Experience With My Wife. We Dealt With Jesus Also a Great Spirit, Great Attitude and Extremely Adequate and Respectful Young Man. I Have No Doubt This Location Is Well Established, Well Respected And Has Been Under Rated In Many Ways, As a Combat Marine Veteran Im Proud To Have Come Home And Have Such a Humbled And Honorable Experience To Received Such Great Treatment As To My Wife As Well. Best Pho spot on the East side. Service today was terrible though. No sense of urgency provided on an online order that was placed to be picked up.. Still had to wait an additional 20 minutes at the restaurant to finish preparing my order. Even when the app said it was ready for pickup. Hense, why i ordered ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait.The young kid with the extremely baggy clothes that was there seemed like he didn't care and didn't want to be there. There was no update on my order when it was complete I had to go stand in line and ask for my order again. The same order the young kid said wasn't ready and then when it was, he was the same person that placed it on the pick up shelf when it was finally ready, instead of letting me know it was ready. The acknowledgement to customer's was poor not only myself but to others. The last 2 visits have just had terrible service. GOOD PHO JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE. Came for dinner tonight 12/22/2023 and let me just tell you! I was served a room temperature pho bowl. I ordered the #47 seafood pho, the broth was room temperature and the seafood wasn't cooked. I was so disappointed i couldn't even eat it. Definitely recommend you going there for lunch time hours with the young tall gentlemen that works there. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been here numerous times and had great experiences, but they must have new staff or something. I placed my order over the phone and was told to pick it up in 20 minutes. I get there and there’s 4 parties, only 2 parties eating. NOT ONE person working acknowledged me! NOT ONE! I saw that they were busy waiting tables, so I figured I’d give them some time to assist the dine-in patrons before I ask for help. They were never going to assist me. They even walked around me several times and acted as if I was invisible. They wouldn’t even make eye contact with me which I thought to be odd. Then after waiting several minutes, I rang the bell at the register. Both waiters finally looked at me and then each other as if they were annoyed by my action. Then one waiter says “I’m sorry. We’re busy” with an attitude. I asked him to repeat himself to make sure I heard what I heard and he did with the same attitude. I walked out the store because I refuse to be treated like a second class citizen by anyone or any establishment. These people were completely rude. Not sure if it was because of my skin color or what but I’ve never felt so disrespected by anyone. Especially not in my own community. I even called the restaurant back to see if I could speak to the owner, and they put me on hold forever so I hung up.
