I know that this snack shop has their own way of making Tostilocos but everytime I order they get something wrong. I only ask for the chips, the cucumber, the Japanese nuts & the clamato because that's just how I prefer mine but they're always adding extra things that I didn't ask for and it ALWAYS SEEMS LIKE IT BOTHERS THEM. I don't mind paying them the same price but why is it hard to put 4 or 5 things on a plate? I didn't ask for valentina, I didn't ask for onions, I didn't ask for tomatoes or tajin but they're there. I don't want to hate on my own people because I love this place still & I know I'll come back but I just hate that everytime I go they can't get my order right. Other than that I wish they had more dairy free options so I can have just as much variety like everyone else. Still go visit them because they have bomb snacks that you shouldn't...

Pésimo servicio al cliente, comida nada presentable, nada parecida a sus fotos, a 5 minutos de mi casa está este local, llego a casa para encontrarme con esto, llamo para ver que pueden hacer al respecto, empapada de chocolate, helado derretido, y crepa empapada, está foto fue tomada en cuando llegue, la señora con la que hablé recalcó que no vio a nadie hacer una crepa, la hora exacta en la que la pedí eran 4:10pm mas la espera de mi agua fresca y helado, llego a mi casa a las 4:21 y la llamada la hice a las 4:25, la llamada termino a las 4:28 en lo que esta señora preguntaba a sus trabajadores sobre la crepa si habían echo una. Su excusa con una mala actitud fue que el chocolate está caliente, se atrevió a decir que deberíamos saber eso, creo que ellos más bien deberían de saber eso y estar al tanto de las consecuencias al saber lo qué puede pasar con sus productos, y colocarlos de esta manera, no es trabajo del cliente estar al tanto de sus productos, ya que nos dejamos llevar por las fotos engañosas. Al momento de llegar para un cambio me dice esta señora (encargada) “te estoy tomando el tiempo” quien se cree para tomarme el tiempo de mi casa a su local, yo pague por mi producto no me lo regalaron para que atienda con su horrible actitud. Quizo hacerme de menos llegue justo al tiempo que le dije que estaba de mi casa, no ahí necesidad de mentir llegue exactamente a las 4:33pm después de terminar la llamada pésimo...
