Arni's New Albany — Restaurant in New Albany

Horrible! Won't ever go back. There were 3 people working but none of them seemed to know what to do. First one guy couldn't find any menus so he asked someone where they were.. That person told him they were in 'the back '. So he went there but returned empty handed. One of the 3 employees said look on the bottom of a certain shelf. Finally we had one menu. We placed our order.. one employee told me what soda was available.. I asked for a small diet coke.. then he was not sure what cup was a small.. then told me they had more cups in the back. I made it easy for him... Told him to just give me a cup that was right beside him... I took one sip of the soda and found out real quick how flat and in turn undrinkable it was! Now for the pizza!!! If you want the thinnest pizza crust you've ever had you might like the crust! There are no options for pizza crust so the paper thin one is all you can get. Not only was the crust almost non existent it was burned... Not surprised... How can you make a pizza so thin without burning it. But, wait! That's not all.. The pizza was so greasy we had to attempt to get some of the grease off by using practically an entire roll of paper towels to soak up the grease... For that we spent $17! Also, we made a mistake ordering the garlic cheese bread with marinara. The marinara sauce was Heinz.. so that's not even made there... No big deal really but it tasted just like... You guessed it.. ketchup! We were told the order would be ready in 15 minutes... Try 30! Obviously we will NEVER go there again! Just a...

Rude unfriendly teenage staff. We ordered 3 subs at around 1:40pm June 9th the 2 submarines were fine however, my cheesesteak barely had any meat at all it probably had enough for 2 of the 4 squares of my sandwich. We talked to them about the issue and the girl working the counter wanted to argue about how she was the one that cut it and saw all the meat. We asked them to just provide us with the meat from the remaining half of bread cheese and veggies I hadn’t consumed. After them sitting around discussing the problem they came out and informed us they couldn’t provide us with another whole sandwich but only a half. It’s interesting because nobody asked for another whole sandwich. I told them I didn’t want the remainder at all in fear that they would do something totally food so I guess this is where I part ways with what I thought to be a highly respectable restaurant. I’m simple leaving this review for business purposes in hope that this can be prevented in the future. I’m beyond wanting this to be made right in my eyes. That’s what I get for driving an hour to enjoy good service...

I have lives in New Albany for going on 5 years now and have never been to Arni's and I had seen a facebook pole asking who had the best pizza it when I seen the overwhelming answer was Arni's I just had to try it. I'm definitely not disappointed they do not hold back on toppings and my pizza was so good and decently priced the only downfall was the breadsticks because on the picture it literally looks like they're seasoned or have garlic butter or something on them and they do not they are completely plain breadsticks so if you're thinking you're getting breadsticks like you normally would think again because it literally tastes just like the crust off of a pizza. It does come with a cup of cheese but that is definitely not going to make up for the very very plain taste🤣😂. Definitely not what I thought when it comes to breadsticks with a pizza hahaha but the staff were very nice and they were all very busy but still took time to make sure I was satisfied. a very doughy biscuit with a hard outside. Definitely a go to for pizza and I will be returning for sure. Thank...
