September 6th, 2023 @ 12:38am… I Will Be Reaching out to corporate over this…I have had enough. I am so sick & tired of coming to this Taco Bell & having to put up with the out most disrespect. Being called a LIAR from an employee & a manager is down right disrespectful. This is the Taco Bell closest to my house, so I always come here. A Few Months Back I had a cook yell & scream at me, for walking into the lobby. When the doors were unlocked. I didn’t know the lobby was closed. But, had to tolerate being yelled at for an honest mistake that wasn’t even mine to begin with. The door should have been locked. & now this time, my grandfather who is 90 years old placed a pick up order so, I told him I’d pick it up for him. It 12:30 which is 2 hours later than the last time I came thru & the lobby was “closed” & I was screamed at by an employee. But, I pulled to the front anyways, pulled on the front doors, & they were locked. So I go thru the drive thru. I tell the lady I’m picking up an online order & she proceeds to tell me, we don’t have all the items for your order but we don’t do online orders thru the drive thru. If you would like to correct your order you can come inside & get it. & I explained to the lady, I just pulled to the front & pulled on the doors & they were locked. & she processed to call me a liar, & said my manager just checked & the doors were unlocked. Which NOW I bet they were. But when I first got here & checked they were not. I don’t know when it was okay to be disrespectful & called a liar over a simple online order. Everything I was trying to tell her & explain it was pushed off with rude remarks & argumentative nature. To have a drive thru employee talk to customers like that & then have a manager agree with her calling me a liar. It’s disgusting. It shouldn’t matter if I go inside or thru the drive thru. I waited 3 cars to place the order to be told I HAVE to come inside. No other restaurant have I ever been told I couldn’t go thru a drive thru. & to have already dealt with this problem at this same location before, but the opposite. So where the hell do you want your customers to pick up there food at? Inside or drive thru. Because Everytime I come it’s something different. & even if I needed to to either one, there’s a way to talk to people. There is no customer service at this place at all. Almost Every person i come in contact with here has an attitude, Rude, Disrespectful. Someone higher up needs to get control on customer service from the employees. If they don’t want to treat people kindly then they shouldn’t be working with people.. I’m just disgusted at this behavior that’s allowed at...
Read moreThis Taco Bell offers a consistently enjoyable experience for those looking for quick, affordable Tex-Mex-inspired food. One of the most notable aspects of this location I frequent is the friendly and welcoming staff. Each visit, the employees are genuinely pleasant, making the experience feel positive from the moment you step in or pull up to the drive-thru. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and their cheerful demeanor adds a lot to the overall experience.
Inside, Taco Bell maintains a high level of cleanliness. Tables, floors, and counters are generally spotless, showing that the staff values a well-kept environment for customers. The condiment station is also always stocked, which is a huge plus as it allows for quick customization of meals. The availability of sauces, napkins, and other condiments without any hassle speaks to their attention to detail.
One of the best features of this Taco Bell location is the speed of service, especially late at night. Unlike other fast-food places where lines can get sluggish, this Taco Bell’s drive-thru operates quickly. It’s convenient for those seeking a late-night bite without a long wait. Overall, this Taco Bell manages to balance efficiency, cleanliness, and friendliness, making it a reliable choice for anyone craving a fast and...

No hairnets no beard nets three employees that I saw did not have gloves on while cooking food. One employee was scratching her head and her nose very bad for business. Then when I call them on the phone and tell them my order is messed up that this has not happened once but about five times. The lady that I talk to tell me that I should go somewhere else and eat then if their service is so bad at Taco Bell corporate office needs to investigate this branch of Taco Bell it took me going into the store and flipping out for them to make my order right horrible...
