Coffee Crossing — Restaurant in New Albany

The posted hours of operation say this shop will close at 10pm for a Saturday night. Beginning around 7pm as customers became more and more scarce, the employees began lowering the temperature on the thermostat. At one point of the baristas mentioned the temperature had fallen to 62 degrees... Mind you, this is mid winter and the temp outside is 26! They were trying to push us out to either close early or have the place to themselves! When we ordered, we ordered a coffee cake a blueberry muffin. We asked for them to be heated up and when they came out the bakery goods were room temp = cold! The drinks were o k at best, and the atmosphere was nice. That is the only reason I give them 2 stars! We were stubborn and decided to stay to finish our work until we completed it, but it was a miserable stay. We came from Louisville to enjoy this place, but it was a regrettable choice. Will...

Everyone knows I love coffee crossings. Been going here for years. Tonight’s service was awful. No acknowledgment at the speaker box. I started to think they were closed before someone responded. She kept speaking over me and ended up getting the order wrong. Get to the window and she hands me the drink and turned the kiosk around for a tip. I see that she overcharged for the same drink I’ve been getting for a year now. She knew she messed it up because she didn’t return to the window for a long time. Someone else actually came to the window with the same type of attitude. I asked for Carmel since I paid for it and it wasn’t on there, she walked away with my drink and returned 2 minutes later with 2 little lines of Carmel on top. Rude and uncalled for. If you do want to work as a barista then get out of the coffee shop....

I am a long time regular at other Coffee Crossing locations, but when I'm in New Albany I pick up coffee from this location. Every single time, I order the same coffee, just how it comes on the menu, and every time I get handed something that is not what I ordered.

I order a Moose Signature Drink (exactly how it comes on the menu) every time and every time I receive something that is not a Moose. The following are examples of what I got instead: a cinnamon latte a vanilla latte a latte with no chocolate a latte with no caramel a latte with neither chocolate nor caramel

Not one of their other locations has ever had an issue with my orders like this. The other places consistently do a good job making the drinks.
