So we were very excited to eat some PRChino food. We traveled from Cranston RI. When we came in we wasn't sure to sit anywhere because no one greets you. Sonwe went straight to what we thought was a bar. We sat there for 10 mins until another customer said that you have to go make the line to order you food and alcohol. Mind you 4 of their employees so us come in and sit at the bar. They didn't even bothered to say anything. So we make the line. 20 mins in line with 3 people in front of us. The girls were oj their phones and was in the clouds. Then one of the girls decided to count the money in the pos and she lost her count 3 times and she obviously didn't know what to do. She had all the cash at the counter. No management presence. We finally ordered Cinese rice, fried chicken chicharon de Pollo. We went back to the bar to wait for our food. Food was pretty good. I give it a 3.5. Service was horrible. Dont thing we will drive 45 mins to go there anytime...
Read moreI will rate them 5 stars because the food is delicious. My son is the happiest kid when I order from here cuz it's pretty amazing close to our Chinese food in PR.. now if they could take a piece of advise, they need to strain the oils/fats off their fried food better. I ordered a Mofongo with carne frita, flavor was on point but food was swimming in grease. I won't post a pic because I don't want to give the place a bad look but it was way too much. I had to re-plate the food and place it on paper towels for a while to drain all the grease off. I'm not expecting it to be dry but not like this either also, if you buy mofongo, mayoketchup is a must! I don't think I have to buy it on the side. But like I said...food is tasty and I will not mess with their ratings. Just hope they take a look at this and improve...
Read moreRated 4 stars in service because it’s difficult sometimes to get a hold of them to place an order by phone. Rated 1 star in atmosphere because personally it’s just not my type. The pros is that the food has never disappointed me since i get the mofongo(fried green mashed plantains) with fried meat. The other image is mofongo with pollo al ajillo (garlic flavored chicken) and to me it needs more garlic. The fried meat is always fresh and delicious!!! Any wait you’ll have to wait on the food; trust me you won’t be disappointed and it’s worth every penny . I’ve also had their virgen piña colada and it’s exactly how they make it in Puerto Rico; it’s...
