Another update 10/23/23 Giving 1 start because employees continue to use cell phones while taking orders. Checking social media not texting the manager. If you're texting the manager that much(every time I come in) there must be some extra curricular activities going on with management and that employee. I will be taking pictures the next time I enter to show what I'm talking about and the employee's. That sh!t is so disrespectful and unprofessional.
Another update 10/12/23 Customer service needs work. I have come into this location multiple times since I work down the street. Several times I left standing at the register while employees look at me turn their back and continue to talk or eat while supposed to be working. Maybe since they're speaking in Spanish they feel they get to get away with it since I don't understand the language but I can clearly tell from the laughter that it's not work related. Also... of course you can't get my order correct if your to busy texting or on your phone while trying to take my order which was the case today. It wasn't the first time this has happened. Her.... (after about a min of me waiting) is that all... me... no I was waiting for you to be done and off your phone. Rude and unprofessional. Lowered my stars to 2 because it is a practice of them doing it at this point.

Read morePlaced an online order. Waited in curbside for 10 min then went in. Another person placed order on kiosk while I was in there. I was watching them make the food and this lady uses her bare hands to wipe the sweat off her face with her hand and wipe on dirty shirt then continues to touch food then she continues to take her phone out multiple times to text then goes right back to making peoples food with her bare hands WITHOUT washing her hands. Disgusting!!!!! I tried to cancel order but it didn’t let me so when the guy working came to give the person who placed on kiosk I went up to him and he asked me what was I picking up. (Note my food still wasn’t ready either!!) and I said I want to cancel and I told him what I witnessed and he didn’t see to care as her was standing there also touching his hair (however I didn’t care as much as he wasn’t touching food). I asked for the managers number. I left without the food- as don’t want to get sick. He gave me someone’s number- I called it and she was like who dis? And I’m like is this the manager for McDonald’s and she said she was the assistant manager. She seemed to be busy as it was loud with kids in background and she couldn’t understand me so I hung up. Read moreNormally, I get really good service from this McDonald's. Today, not do much. Today I approached the counter (I was the only one placing an order at the time). Funky color Mohawk dude named Roger floats towards me, never making eye contact with me at all, choosing instead to continue making flirty eyes at one of the other workers. When he finally stops his flirting, he looks at me, still says nothing, but raises his eyebrows like "Well?". I give him my order and pay, he hands me the receipt, still uttering a word or looking at me. 30 seconds later my order comes up without a cup for my drink. I wait to catch his attention again, ask for a cup whereupon he hands me a cup without a word of any kind, much less an apology. I head to the soda fountain and push the button, fill my cup and the dispenser doesn't shut off. So I try again to get Rogers attention to no avail (he's busy still trying to hit on his female coworker). Went back over and managed to hit it hard enough to shut it off, but seriously???? This guy should NOT be dealing with John Q Public at all!! If you MUST employ the likes of him at least keep him in the back where he can't slight your customers like this! Here...
