After waiting approximately one half hour for our food and watching 2 other tables be served first even though they arrived after us, the waitress never brought the ketchup for the fries. There was no salt or pepper on our table and I had to ask for a knife to cut my sandwich in half because we were only given forks. The knife she brought me was a butter knife because according to the waitress that was all they had. But the kicker was the completely undercooked pasta in my husband's dish. Not only was it hard but it had a huge clump of undercooked pasta stuck together. Because it took so long to get our food to begin with my husband did not order something else so that the rest of us could eat while our food was still warm. The waitress had to tell the manager twice about this before she finally came over and gave us a half - hearted apology. No offer for even a free dessert. Oh, and we had to pay an extra $1 for a lousy tiny cup of extra marinara sauce to put on the dry meatball sandwich. I guess you could say this was our first and last time giving them...
