This was a truly terrible experience from start to finish.
I ordered online, and I arrived store to pick up my pizza. The employee was busy eating and took his time making his way to the counter. Not a great attitude, and already not off to a good start. However, I was willing to give it a chance.
The store was entirely empty with one pizza waiting on the pickup order rack, yet the employee insisted there was no pizza in my name. With an incoherent mumble, he leaves and come back with his manager, who begins to look up my order. She grabs the ONLY pizza on the rack, which has MY NAME on it, and hands it to me with no apology and no explainatation other than "he's blind right now". Sure. Five minutes to pick up pizza in an empty store, and not at all off to a great start. Incomprehensible stupidity, and abysmal customer service check.
I brought my pizza home to eat, and into my third piece bit down on something so hard that it almost broke my tooth. I have no idea what it was, as it seemed to disintegrate after biting it. Time will tell if I've actually been injured by whatever was in there.

Since my previous review, it seems things have just gone downhill. Pizzas seem to be hit and miss. Sometimes the mushrooms thorns onto my pizza seem like an after thought while sometimes it looks like they took the time to put mushrooms on the pizza correctly. Sometimes there’s a lot of pepperoni, sometimes there is not as much. Consistency just isn’t there anymore. Also, I keep trying to use the large pepperoni magnifico coupon for $9.99 and even after adding it to the cart it still comes out to $18.92 and that’s before a tip.
Honestly, this place started out so great. The pizza showed up on time or early but know it seems a bit slacking. The manager or whoever answers the phone is always nice but be prepared to start getting you pizza late. The past two times I have ordered the pizza has been late. This last time they put delivered on the tracking and the pizza was not even at my house. I called and spoke about what happened and was told my pizza was on the way but why say it was delivered when it wasn’t? Also, with my order being almost 30 minutes late it wasn’t even right. Read moreI really do enjoy the pizza from Marco's, but tonight is the 3rd time in a row that they have failed to include the Romasian on my pizza crust. I've never called to complain since even if they offered to replace it, I would not make the trip back there in the midst of dinner time. I just wish they would exercise some quality control to ensure the details are met. Super disappointed that this appears to be a trend.
EDIT Kayla the Store Manage reached out to me following my review and not only apologized, but she also explained the training steps that are being taken to prevent future mistakes such as the ones I experienced. Additionally, she offered to cover the cost of a replacement order at a date of my choosing.
