This morning I had a bit of time to kill before the liquor store opens at 10 so after a quick trip to Wal-Mart, I decided to visit the Taco Bell in the plaza as I didn’t want to drive across town to my favorite taco place. I will first start with the experience during the visit. When I first walked in there was a kid in the way sweeping so I found myself trying to be polite as he was in front of the ordering machine. I did find the touchscreen interface easy to use once I finally got there and I think that Taco Bell did a nice job here of breaking things down in categories making it easy to find. If you are wondering why I didn’t go to the other Kiosk
I wanted to use that one and not the other one. There were also photos of the food, but like many restaurant photos you are looking at a Monet and you get a Picasso. The order took some time to come out which was around five minutes or so. I am not quite sure what the issue was, but it was a long time. While I waited, there was a sign about the floor being wet with water spilled on the floor. During the entire visit no one came to mop it up, which I find inexcusable in any restaurant. Perhaps they lack a mop? Either way, that is dangerous and should have been cleaned up immediately as your average customer is not wearing “non-Slip” shoes. Enough on that and onto the food
I ordered a Hashbrown Toasted Breakfast Burrito with Steak and a Spicy Cheesy Double Beef Burrito as they looked great in the photo on the Kiosk and sounded good as I always take some home for my dog. So, to start I took a few photos of the exterior and then the interior and then we move on to the food portion. The first two food photos are of the Hashbrown Toasted Breakfast Burrito. I wish I could say something like it “blew my mind” but it was a bit more of a disappointment than anything. Thankfully they at least have that Diablo sauce in the packets, so I ate half of it as the other half was going to the dog. After that I transitioned to the Spicy Cheesy Double Beef Burrito. Once again, I was epically disappointed and was overwhelmed with the amount of rice as I couldn’t really taste much else and this surely was the “sinking ship” of the day. I would describe this as “death by rice in Flavorless Valley”. My best guess here is that it is not necessarily the fault of Taco Bell itself, but perhaps the employees need to do a bit of work on presentation and corporate recommended amounts of ingredients. Having worked at a Del Taco, I know this is hard to get when things get busy, but well, I was the only customer in there as the other table had its food. Just saying. Final Thoughts: I realize that this is not the most positive of reviews, but if the manager does not know what is happening and the product that is currently being put out, business suffers. If you are dying from hunger pangs and need something to eat, perhaps this would be worth entertaining. For me, I will be driving across town to my taco shop next time so I can at least not grumble through my entire breakfast!

I've been here two or three times, and every time, it nearly ruins my day. The first time I went, I left this review. "So there's poor customer service, and then there's flat out disrespectful. This lady last night was just disrespectful for no apparent reason." In this case, I pulled up to the drive-through intercom to order, and the lady immediately told me (without greeting) that they were out of beef. I'm naturally happy and said basically said, "That's okay! I just wanted a chicken quesadilla anyway!" Well, apparently she just wanted me to go away. Once a got to the window, the lady didn't say a single word to me, but instead just gave me a nasty look the whole time! Even after I paid, I said, "Thank you! Have a nice day!" And she literally slammed the sliding window without saying anything. I don't remember how well-made my quesadilla was at the time. This time around, I ordered the same thing, a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken and overall, it wasn't much better. Firstly, the customer service was slightly better (this lady wasn't openly disrespectful), so average, though. Secondly, it took at least 20 minutes for me to order and receive my food through the drive-through, and there were no more than three vehicles in the drive-through. This time through, my quesadilla had cold spots. The "creamy jalapeño sauce" was cold in some areas, and in the same areas, the shredded cheese wasn't melted but was in fact, cold. To make matters worse, they cut the quesadilla the wrong way! *see attached picture* As a joke, I was going to say, "The water was okay, though! 😁" but I can't even say that! The underside of the lid was dirty, and the water had four or five small things floating in it! I don't plan on ever returning to this "establishment."

05/30/2022: (1 star... I wish I could give it 0 stars) We haven't been here in about a year so we gave it another try... TERRIBLE idea. We came during the lunch rush at 1:30pm. We waiting at the window AFTER paying for 22 minutes... then we were asked to pull forward and wait an additional 20 minutes. Guess we'll try again in 2 years. 01/2021: (2 Stars) So happy I decided to take the girls to Taco Bell tonight... This was my favorite TB experience ever! I will continue supporting this fine establishment!! ❀ This place is so awesome, that if they forget your drinks, No Problem!! Just stand at the counter for a couple minutes trying to get their attention and they'll gladly hook you up! 🙌 Also! They started saving money and time by not cutting your quesadillas!! Oh! I almost forgot to mention, if you order a Taco or Chalupa, be prepared to find a majority of the contents in the bag đŸ”„ 11/2020: (4 Stars) I think I need to revisit this review. I have always been a huge Taco Bell fan, Always! This Taco Bell Location has really stepped it up over the last year. We decided to give this location another try and weren't disappointed. We were greeted with smiles and all of our food was correct! The line were pretty long and they seemed short staffed, but that happens. Great service!! 10/2019 (1 Star): The worst service ever. The employees are always rude and if you go through the drivethru your order will most likely be wrong or missing stuff. We always give places a few chances before leaving a review cause bad days happen but this Taco Bell is just awful. The food is usually fine but the service sucks.

Ordered through Drive Thru and told them no sour cream on my burrito due to a dairy intolerance. When I returned to work on the other side of town and sat down to eat I took one bite to find out they had in fact put sour cream on my burrito. Upon calling the phone rang for a while. The manager finally answered and started out very rude. I'm usually cool about mistakes on food orders but when you answer with rudeness in your voice, all bets are off. Lets begin from when she answered: First off, she put me on hold to take an order in drive thru. Second, she told me I could come back for a refund, I explained to her that I stopped there to grab something to eat on my way back to my office because I would not be able to eat until 9pm tonight due to my children's schedule after I get off work. Third, She then informed me that I could get my order replaced. I again explained to her that I am at work and would not be able to get back to that side of town before 9 PM and I am now left with no food for lunch until then. She said and I quote "Ma'am I don't know what you want me to do, I can't come feed you".

You're right lady you can't come feed me but what you can do it teach your employee's how to read a monitor screen that says NO SOUR CREAM and you can also not be rude when I call and tell you that your employee's screwed up. You can also not sound so inconvenienced when you receive a call from a PAYING CUSTOMER. I have never dealt with a manager of a eating establishment that was so rude about something that was their mistake. I asked her "What would happen if it was an allergy and my throat swelled up and I died due to your companies negligence?. Her response was asking me if I wanted the district managers phone number. I indeed got the district managers phone number and told her I not only want a refund but I also want my order replaced and that I have never in my life dealt with a manager who was this rude to a customer. I am writing this as I sit here with my sour cream filled burrito sitting in a bag so I can give it back to them and I am without lunch at 330 in the afternoon having eaten breakfast at 8AM and not getting to eat again until 9PM. My word of advice is to always double check your food when you order from this Taco Bell, you NEVER know what might be in it. Chic-fil-a messed up my order once and I was stuck at work and couldn't get back to have them correct it and the manager had an employee bring me the corrected order...now that's...

Worst Taco Bell ever. As a delivery driver and as a customer I will never ever, come back to this Taco bell again. The reason why is because, tonight I went there to pick up a double order from Uber eats. That's 2 different customers. I got to the window and they gave the first one, but then.. the dumbest thing I've ever been told so far is, "We don't have your 2nd order ready, can you back through the drive through and wait in line for the second order " Now I don't know what planet these people live on, but the fact that I was told to wait again in a big line that's going all the way to the front of the store through the drive through, for the second order, is literally the dumbest thing I've ever had the experience of hearing. How bad are you at multitasking. Thankfully I called support on Uber and everything worked out on my end and I still got paid. But this is a 3 star Taco bell for a very good reason. Literally don't recommend it. I can deal with mess ups and accidents, but that was just next level ridiculous. No one is ever going to wait back in line through the drive thru to get the rest of their food.

Older review: Gave it three stars because, I've been coming to this taco bell every other night and it's a hit or miss if they add the sauces.

Customer service is okay, food is always done in a timely manner most of the time. But why is the sauce missing from my orders so frequently! Especially lately. I even started asking for extra sauces because I know they're going to forget even adding 1 packet, and there is either none or barely any that they add. Like what in the world is going on here?

What's really crazy is that, I even add it on my mobile orders 10 Mild sauces and still not doing it. Like who can mess that up? I guess it takes wayyy to much time for them to add the sauces, they're so focused on getting the orders out that they are missing a HUGE key ingredient... The sauces.

Everybody KNOWS that's a must. What's the point of going to Taco Bell if not. Just read the screen and add the sauces. As a matter of fact, why not make it a mandatory thing to ask customers if they'd like sauces or not. Do it right already. Taco Bells most key items and they're consistently...
