I was at this location twice tonight as a delivery driver and the first time I was helped by a wonderful lady up front with an accent. I want to Point out that she is the only person I do not have a complaint about in the two times I was here tonight, She was very kind and helpful. In the timeframe that I was there the first time she checked in with me, Check the status on my order, let me know about the wait, and was the only person to get back to me when I stood in the lobby for an extended time. During the time frame that I was in the lobby I waited for my order and watch the man bagging food bag two different DoorDash orders. One he ran outside. The other he bagged and left on the counter wihout bothering to check in with the lobby, despite the fact that the lady I spoke about previously had in fact called out the number for my order to the kitchen. He made eye contact with me three separate times during the process of bagging the food, and never bothered to ask me what I was there to pick up. In fact he didn’t bother to speak with anybody in the lobby at all. When I arrived for the second order, there was nobody up front. However the same guy bagged up my order and never bothered to check in with me or anybody in the lobby once again. My order was ready and bagged for several minutes before anybody bothered to come back to the lobby and check what I was there to pick up. Read moreI am so tired. So lately when I'm sad, stressed, depressed, need a pick me up I get an oreo Mcflurry extra oreo. There is an additional charge for extra I'm fine with that. What I'm not fine with is how many times I have gone here lately and I say I'd like an oreo Mcflurry extra oreo and I get up to the window top of ice cream is crushed oreo and i am happy till about an half an inch in the freaking ice cream is plain. Bruh I asked for extra oreo I made sure there is extra oreo and I paid for EXTRA OREO. No! I don't want the freaking cookie. I want the mixture and if you can't listen or forget or just don't care and think fatty won't notice oh.. OH!! FATTY DOES NOTICE! And I get more stressed depressed angry sad and sometimes have cried in frustration. Because how hard is it to move the little thing that releases oreo one more time, maybe two, I don't care charge me more. And no I don't care for a free one and no I don't want to go back, I am literally paying you for service at time of, not to redo and probably mess up again. And next minute next hour next day is not the same time as when I needed it. Be better. Do better. (Disclaimer: this doesn't mean employees shouldn't get paid a livable wage.) Read moreThoroughly disappointed in mc donalds. Went thru drive thru for a happy meal for the granddaughter. Voice on intercom asked if we wanted apple slices which we agreed we did. Got the happy meal and after opening it up, discovered no apple slices. The receipt shows we should have gotten some. I call the phone number and immediately am asked to hold and after five minutes of holding I hang up to call back and continuously get a busy signal. I then think I'll call the number for comment line and get a voicemail. Why have a comments line if i can't get to someone at that moment?
I am more frustrated that mc donalds has come to such unreliable and poor service that I can't depend on them to get even my granddaughters happy meal right.
Update: an hour after visiting the location, I still haven't spoken to a human about my issues, the line is still busy. I definitely don't feel valued by mc donalds
Finally spoke to someone at the location and told them my issue and she asks if I wanted to stop in a grab my apple slices. No attempt at apologizing for forgetting something they asked me if I wanted. No attempt at trying to keep my business. Customer service could use some work. I will not be going back to that location.
