Bolly's in downtown New Bremen, Ohio epitomizes a classic small town diner. It's primarily a breakfast and lunch place - they open most days at 7am and close at 2pm, except for Friday's when they re-open from 4:30 to 8pm. The menu is a mix of good old American cooking. I had the Bolly burger, which consists of a 1/4 lb beef patty, American cheese, an onion slice, dill pickles, and cole slaw (that's what makes it Bolly). Their breakfast is probably what they're more known for, so maybe if we're back there sometime earlier in the day, we'll have to check that out. Service was great as well. Today was the boss, Brandi's birthday, so I sang Happy Birthday to her - And she still let me stay. If you're in New Bremen, Ohio sometime, go check out Bolly's! It's a local favorite!

I haven’t even tasted this low-carb meal. They were so welcoming over the phone. I apologize for not getting her name again. I showed up and they had smiles on their faces. Probably had a really amazing place. I work for a local trucking company and was in a hurry. Anyway kudos to these folks for offering really good food. I haven’t even tasted it. I know it’s gonna be good thanks again. You guys. The young lady is gonna be a big help to the sporting industry with her studies at Michigan shame, shame, shame she is not allegiant to Ohio State tag on her lol .

Small local place with a limited menu of breakfast and lunch items. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, and the basic breakfast. I had no complaints about the food it was hot and brought out extremely fast. ( Now i was the only customer in the place ). The staff was friendly and kept my coffee cup topped off. I recommend this local diner if your stopping through town.

This was a small little restaurant, inside what looks like a store front. The food does not come out quickly, but you can tell it's mostly all made right there. I got the Barney's bowl with ham, and it was really good. The gravy in it (assuming is used for biscuits and gravy) was really good. They have french vanilla creamer and the coffee was really good. The service was a little slow, and the young server didn't bring refills or ask if we wanted refills. If we wanted something, we had to get her attention and ask for it. My toast didn't come out until I was almost done with my breakfast, and my husband had to ask for it. That still didn't stop me from giving them 4 stars. We will definitely be back here to try something else. Just have some patience with the small atmosphere and young servers. The food is...
