Ordered two treatzza pizzas yesterday for a birthday and the lady said it would be a 10-15 min wait. We told her we will come back tomorrow afternoon to pick them up because we needed to be somewhere and we didn't need them yesterday. Went in this afternoon and they not only didn't have them made the girl behind the counter brought them up and without looking at us said "sorry for the wait" and walked away. I asked the other girl closets to me if there was a manger there because I wanted to know why these weren't made yesterday when we ordered them AND paid for them. She replied "there isn't a manager here" and walked away. I fully intend to speak to a manager when they have one on duty. I also took a picture of the big sign in front of the main entrance that said if we don't treat you right we'll make it right. There was no excuse for the behavior of the staff today and I'm incredibly annoyed we had to wait for the pizzas to be made when we bought them 24 hours prior. Read moreUnsure of what’s going on with management here, but they’re the only ones I’m going to blame for the incident as the two opening and running the store were clearly set up for failure. I ordered a blizzard cake for pickup at 10:30am online (why is 10:30 an option when this location doesn’t open until 11am?), and was confused when I drove up to a clearly closed location. I waited, walked in and said I was picking up a cake, and after checking my confirmation email and name I was informed that my order form was never printed off and therefore was never made. Apparently a manager here has made this a habit and this has happened to another customer a few days prior, which is incredibly unfair and unprofessional. Because my cake was not made ahead of time, I had to pick a different flavor and size from what I originally ordered, and caused the poor openers grief. Read moreAttempted to go through the drive through at 9:15pm. Online and all signs say open til 9:30pm. When saying hello at the drive through the male inside responded with "we are closed" and when I said that the sign says 9:30 he responded with "well I have other things to do. We are closed, bye". If you want to be done working before a business closed than don't work there. Everyone who goes out of their way to drive to this location is rudely turned away just because an employee decides they want to be done for the day. Sorry but that's not what you get paid to do. When I was in high school and worked in food service we would seat guests until the close time and still serve them if in before close then wait for them to be done before we clean up.
