El Gallo Jiro — Restaurant in New Brunswick

If your a female u really wont be attended nicely. The older women only give u a face of disgust and send the cook to speak with u instead. But if your a man all the women working there will gladly help you. One specific lady always give me a face and rolls her eyes everytime I go there. The other women doesn't even give u eye contact. Customer service sucks unless the owners are there. Which is rarely. I hope the owners take this into consideration cause I've seen they are nice then the actually employees. Probably one of the best hidden gems in new brunswick, the place has this bar like setup were you pick your food, is $15 bucks for a very big portion of food, and comes with tortillas and salsa, no this is not a five start costumer service or fancy of any kind restaurant, but the food was deff filling and with how prices are right now i believe it was worth it. The plate i order the other day i didnt like it at all!!!! Rice was cold and beans were like kinda cold as well weird because all their food seems to be HOT !!
