My friends offered to take me out to eat, and it was late (10pm ish) so there weren't many options. Butcher360 was open til 12pm, and they had never been there, so I suggested we go. When we got there, there was a wait, so we sat over by the barrels with the graffiti on them. My two love-bird friends who love the thought of carving their initials into benches etc wanted to know why all the walls were doodled on, so I explained how guests were allowed to sign the barrel and leave a tiny piece of them there. They LOVED that! But when I asked staff for a marker, I was asvised that they no longer "do that". Their entire entry way is marked up with the doodles and initials of thousands of customers, but I guess my friends don't count. When we were seated, they wouldn't give us a menu - we had to use our phones. I don't know about you, but when I go out to eat, I really don't want to be staring at my phone. If anything, I want to disconnect from the phone. My friends were ravenous so all three of us dug into the cabbage salad. They didn't like the salad, and when the meat came out, they were grossed out by how it looked raw. I was hoping they'd enjoy the cooking experience, but I guess not. When the meat was finally ready, they didn't like how it tasted. I ate it all. Then we waited another 15 minutes for the next batch of meat to cook, and they did not like that meat either. I ate it. Then came pork.. which had to be cooked VERY well (nobody wants tapeworms!). They started to lose their patience by that point. They got up to the bathroom and said they'd be back. That's when the worst part of the entire night happened. I noticed the price. THE PRICE PER PERSON WAS ALMOST $45 !!!! đ±đđ Because of me, they were on the hook for $150!! And they HATED IT!!! I ended up eating everything because they didn't like anything! None of us liked the atmosphere/ambiance, but I figured we could push through for the food. The food was so salty, and they brought EVEN MORE SALT to the table. GROSS!! The "rules" said that if you leave any food waste, they charge EXTRA, so all of us were forced to chew and swallow whatever was left on the table. When my friends got up for a moment, I begged the waitor to PLEASE do something with the astronomical price tag. That was a meal that should have cost $60 at most. I was freaking out and did not know what to do. He couldn't help me, not even a little bit. In a panic, I begged him to please let me pay for half without telling them. This was supposed to be their treat to me đ„șđ©. I felt incredibly ashamed to have insisted on this place and then found out it's $45 per person đđđ The waitor allowed me to pay for half. When the check came to the table, they noticed there was something weird with the bill, and they noticed I had stood near the waitor for a moment instead of going to the bathroom. I quickly made up a story about complaining to the waitor about how much they disliked the food (which was true) and told them the waitor gave us a 50% discount. They were so relieved, even though they still had to shell out $80 (đ±), which they really could not afford to spend. I hope they bought my story. I really did not have the other $80 to spare either. What a terrible experience đ Had I known, I would have NEVER suggested it. Oh, I forgot to mention, halfway through cooking the pork, the waitor cut off the bones and cartilege (my absolute favorite part) and placed it to the side. I asked him "are these pieces ready?" and he proceeded to school me in great detail that those pieces were not edible. I was so embarrassed. He ended up putting the cartilege back on the heat and to be honest that was the best piece I ate the whole night. But my friends were staring at me absolutely mortified (mind you they also eat cartilege, it was just the way the waitor explained in great detail that I'm not supposed to eat that part or the bones, that there was NO meat left on those parts, and it's not normal..đł). I guess the 3 of us would be considered "low class" for liking those parts? That's how it...

But from the moment we walked in, the energy was off. One of the first things we were told was, âJust so you know, the kitchen is about to close soon.â Not even a greetingâjust a warning. It was clear they werenât happy we came in during the last hour, even though we were well within the posted hours.
We ordered quickly out of respect, trying to be mindful of their closing time. But the entire dinner felt rushed. No one checked in on us, and it was like we were being watched the whole time. At 9:55, I could literally see staff checking the clock, hovering by the phones and entrance like they were just waiting for the moment to hit 10.
And when that moment cameâright as we were wrapping up our last few bites, at 10 PM on the dotâthey didnât just politely let us know they were closing. No. A whole group of staff walked over, laughed, and one of them said, âSorry, weâre closed,â right to my face before quickly walking away. We were clearly still finishing up. There was no grace, no respectâjust cold and rude behavior that felt intentionally dismissive.
Listen, when you run a restaurant, closing at 10 PM doesnât mean your guests have to be out the door at exactly 10. It means you stop seating or taking new orders then. If people are finishing up a birthday dinner and being respectful of your time, the least you can do is treat them with the same courtesy. Keep in mind i still tippedâŠâŠ.
This experience was unprofessional & unkind. Butcher...
Read moreLet me start off by saying the number one thing you will notice is that the workers here work HARD. ALL of the workers work hard and I hope they are compensated well
With that being said we came in during memorial weekend so we waited about 20 mins to be seated. What I enjoyed about my time here is that even though we knew what we wanted we were not rushed. The menu says there is a 2 hour limit so we were worried but our server treated us so well thank you Euyjun L you are the best. He took very good care of us. The meats were great we ordered the spicy chicken, beef Bulgogi, prime rib, and the 360 steak. The beef bulgogi was our favorite. I liked that they had sauces as well to pair with the meats.
The place is chill. A great place to come with friends or family. I went with only my partner but we did 3 rounds of meats. Round 1 was 3 meats, round 2 was 3, and round 3 we did 2 meats. We ended up being full. We did not eat the rice only the lettuce provided also the egg soufflé was good so if you want to get your money worth skip the rice and just enjoy the meat. They have the coke a cola machine that has different flavors of sodas my partner enjoyed that. I ordered a wine which was good. I appreciate that they cook the meats for you and each section has people that come every 3 - 2 mins to flip the meats. If you need something there is always someone nearby.
All in all I would come eat here again. It is on the pricey side at a whooping 42.99 and donât know if itâs within market price so thatâs something for you to keep in mind. That price will have you making sure you go more than 3...
