Harvest IFNH — Restaurant in New Brunswick

Really hate to do this because I’ve enjoyed my previous experiences and meals at Harvest Cafe, but today my boyfriend and I found some kind of WORM in our chicken soup. Bugs skeeve me out to begin with, so you can imagine how sick I felt after finding one in my food. I may have been able to get over this without leaving a review, but after telling the manager about this THEY WERE STILL SERVING SOUP TO STUDENTS! That’s a picture of the soup station still open 20 minutes after we told the staff about the maggot soup. They gave us a refund for our whole purchase, but do you even care about the health of the students if you leave the station open knowing there could possibly be more bugs in the soup? First year student and Harvest is SO good! This place makes the fact that I live on Busch but had most of my classes on C/D last semester worthwhile. The menu is diverse, changing each day, and I’ve never had anything that I didn’t enjoy. The smoothies and soups are reliable menu options.
