I was in this Dunkin’ Donuts at approximately 5:45 PM on Saturday, May 7 2022. I walked up to the counter and could see a young female sitting in a small back room behind the counter on a laptop. I waited at the counter for several minutes for service and she never glanced my way. I stated excuse me and she then replied “can’t you read? I am on break. And in school”. I then said “I just wanted a cup of coffee and did not come to start a fight”, to which she then stood up grabbed her computer and walked farther back into the room out of sight shouting “well you ain’t gettin one today” this was the worst and most disgusting display of service I have ever seen. She does not deserve to have this job and I hope action is taken to reprimand her. The customer behind me in line also commented to me about how uncalled for her actions were. Hot chocolate? Apparently you need to be a rocket scientist to fix the hot chocolate dispenser. It never worked and so after almost ten minutes we asked for a refund. They said they "can't do refunds" . They offered to do an exchange, but when you go in looking for hot chocolate you kind of expect to not replace it with something else.
