Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Canaan

Ordered a coffee, donuts, avocado toast and breakfast sandwich this Monday morning. The donuts were cold and the frosting was wet (thrown in upside down so the frosting was mostly on the bag). My kids said both the donuts and sandwiches tasted off. I tried the sourdough bread and donut and it tasted stale. My coffee was forgotten about and when I asked about it, both staff members looked at each other and said neither had made it but then continued to work on other orders that came in well after mine. I was in a hurry so let them know politely I had to leave so wouldn’t need the coffee. Staff didn’t have much to say.
