Bibos Pizzeria — Restaurant in New Castle

When they first open up the pizza was great for some reason they changed something I don't know if it's the dough or the sauce it does not have the great flavors that used to have so I don't want her any pizzas from there if I order something it is probably a couple of things 1 cheese steak sub with the works 2 a gyro those are what I usually order somebody told me that I should order eggplant Parmesan it was great they said Well normally I don't listen to this person so I decided to listen to this person and see for myself so I ordered eggplant parmesan it tastes so bad I thought it was homemade it wasn't it was breaded and it was freezer burnt they do not make it themselves they buy it Frozen I went back to the person and I said well I hate to tell you this I was disappointed and eggplant Parmesan but I ordered that you highly recommended and said it was good I found out that they buy the eggplants Frozen and it's breaded it must have been freezer burned because it had a funny taste so that's why I don't order lots of things there that's my opinion maybe you might like some of the stuff that's what I only order is those few things one day I'll be brave and Order maybe chicken parmesan but I will ask them first do they make it themselves or do they buy it already made just saying...

The pizza was great, we got the 4 cheese with pepperoni. However the young people who took our order and brought out our pizza was not effective in their job nor proper. I watched our very young waitress endlessly stand around watching things happen and only came to check on us but one time. The early 20s something tall guy who delivered our pizza was a different story. When he brought the pizza I said what happened to our waitress because after waiting for more than 25 minutes I wondered where she could be. I asked why she didn't bring out our pizza. The young man replied, "She's to busy to come out" I let it go, but to busy doing what? Watching traffic? No one returned to our table after that. I order a sandwich and call too have it fixed and they said the would fix it and waited 2 hours then called back and wanted to talk to a manager they said call back tomorrow because they was busy so I did they said they would fix it and they never did. well I went there waited 20 mins before the manager came out and said what the problem I told him he grab the sandwich and throw it away and throw 6 dallors at me and said have a nice day.
