I've been to this Little Ceasars a lot. It's about 2 blocks away and the price is great when you don't want to cook. And they're always fast. So why am I leaving a 1 star review? Lack of communication. I accidentally ordered two items online (stupid pop up right as I clicked something else). I admit partial fault. I didn't realize until I got there my mistake. I went in and noticed they were closing early cause of the heat and I really don't blame them. It was horrendous in there. I told the person behind the counter that I really only meant to order one item and that's all I truly wanted, so if they could refund the one item that'd be great. If not, I'd accept my mistake and take both. She proceeded to cancel my order and, being that it was a couple minutes after their new closing time, refused to let me rebuy the singular pizza I wanted. I didn't want to be a Karen and demand my pizza so i walked out after clarifying that I couldn't rebuy the already completed pizza that was waiting to be picked up. I was willing to accept both items and keep the bill. It was still less than $10. I would've survived with a massive cookie as well as my pizza. But now I have neither because the person behind the counter couldn't have taken 10 extra seconds to say "if I cancel this order, you won't be able to repurchase it." But no. So yeah. I have no intention of purchasing again from Little Ceasars. A frozen pizza can be found at Walmart for cheaper, I just won't be able to eat it as soon...
Read moreAt this point, it’s a fifty-fifty chance whether they actually have a hot-n-ready available, or if they’ll make you wait at least half an hour (they’ll say ten minutes but it’s NEVER ten minutes). There’s also a fifty-fifty chance that the pizza is even cooked properly, or if it’ll be soft and doughy.
It’s bad enough that the hot-n-ready isn’t five dollars anymore but you now have to expect this. It’s to the point where employees tell you to just order online. But get this out of the last three times I ordered online for later, TWO OUT OF THREE TIMES it still wasn’t ready, even though they had over an hour to make it. And they’ll STILL tell me to wait five minutes, just for it to go back to the half-hour mark.
Look, I love Little Caesars; the hot-n-Ready was obviously an amazing business strategy. But now, they clearly don’t need to rely on it for money anymore and just don’t care about it. If your here for a quick, cheap, and reasonably good pizza then this just isn't the...
Read moreGood pizza for the price. It's typically run like fast food so service isn't always quick and the pizzas arent always as they look on TV. That being said, you could get a wide range of pizza for a good price and online ordering is available so that you don't have to wait and also you could call your order in so you don't have to wait. To be honest I have seen a few covid-19 violations there as there's been situations where there were more than six people in the very small lobby at the same time or people did not have masks on or correctly affixed to their face and people that walked in without a mask a mask was not enforced upon them. if that is a thing that matters to you now you know. The staff is very young and the business is ran as such. But I haven't caught anything there yet and I am there often and I just always wear my mask and I'm okay. the parking lot or the one adjacent to it is sometimes used as a trap for police to sit and wait so watch...
