My family and I always go to harvest supermarket to buy our meat as it is always fresh this month I purchased a meet packet from them and didn't have enough money on my cash app card so I paid $67.37 and pay the remainder in cash I lost the receipt proving that I paid the remainder balance in cash offered to pay that money back to get my meet packet I was told that I was not getting my money back nor was I getting my meet packet I called this morning before I even went to harvest to try to resolve the issue at hand and they told me that they do not accept cash app and called me a liar so I got in the car when inside and purchase a pack of cigarettes with my cash app card then I asked to speak to the manager and showed her that I purchased this with cash app card she got on the computer and was typing I stood there for 15-20 minutes and she refused to give me my money back so I just wanted to make it very known that I was mistreated I was called a liar I was told that I was trying to scan them to get a free meet packet I am going to add a photo of the receipt that I paid a partial payment for my meet packet the receipt is from other items I...

Awhile back so many things I bought there was expired like pickles, sour cream, freezer burnt ice cream cones that cost $7.50 a box of 6 generic cones and were over a year expired and fruit was always rotten & I’ll never forget my husband buying a bag of potatoes and I go to use them the next day and realized they were mushy and stunk so badly! And when I pulled some potatoes out they were bulging and I cut it and it busted out foul smelling rotting maggots and I almost puked , so gross! The prices were very high!! It was a more of a go to store if I didn’t feel like going to Kroger or Walmart. And still is !!! It is getting better with keeping things unexpired, but the prices are pretty steep still unless it’s on sale. But I’ve purchased in the past so many things that were over a year old! I FOUND OUT YEARS AGO THAT THEY PURCHASE MEAT FROM OUR LOCAL FAMILY FARMERS IN INDIANA OR NEIGHBORING STATES.IM NOT SURE IF THEY STILL GO BY THIS TRADITION , BUT I CANT SEE ANY REASON TO CHANGE SUCH AN AWESOME PRACTICE.
