I love Dunkin Donuts, it's my favorite place for breakfast food. I live really close to this DD and so it's a very convenient spot to stop by before or after I get/leave home. I've gone at different hours of the day and each time the muffins, donuts and croissants are either stale or unavailable. I've gone several times to order only to be told they ran out of croissants or donuts, etc and I usually go during the middle of the day. Unlike most of the reviewers here, I've never been treated poorly by the employees, however it's a small cramped space they work in and half the time the cash register isn't working or some machine isn't working and they constantly run out of products like I mentioned before. So this isn't necessarily a faulty employee problem, it's a management/owner problem. The franchise owner is obviously not interested in his business. If you're open till 10 you should have enough food to last you till 10, not run out of food in the middle of the day and waste people's time and not server stale old food. It needs better lighting as well. Eating there feels like you're at a subway stop, dark, dingy and cramped. I try not to go to this DD anymore even though it's 2 minutes from my house. Read moreWe just had the most horrible experience with this Dunkin’. We ordered through the app, my husband arrived to pick it up and it hadn’t been started. There were three cars in the drive through and nobody inside. After some time had passed and the line began to grow, he inquired about our order, to which the ticket was still sitting on the printer roughly 10 minutes after ordering. Then they began to prepare it with the wrong bagels, but because he had waited so long and the lines were growing he was complacent. Another woman came in after the drive through because her order was wrong as well. When my husband informed them that the wrong bagels were prepared and he didn’t want it redone but just wanted to let them know, the response was “okay.” In a customer service driven industry, at a minimum say “I’m sorry for the wait and mess up.” I don’t know who is managing this place but a long wait and failed orders should not be an issue. Read moreThis Dunkin is very unprofessional. The employees are constantly inviting friends in, and doing inappropriate activities while working. For instance driving around the parking lot during shifts, and talking bad about customers. As well as this bad behavior, they never communicate to customers when their online order is sold out. If I hadn’t asked about it I would’ve walked out paying for food I didn’t get. Also the wait for food can take a very long time, and the employees often forget about orders. All of these examples have happened multiple times with multiple employees. On the other hand the food is fine, occasionally a bad batch, but that is no excuse. I can’t stress to you enough, do not eat here unless you are ready for an immature service experience.
