Paesano's Pizza (New Freedom) — Restaurant in New Freedom

Just left here. We come here all the time but no more. I ordered a cheese steak and it had hard objects in it almost looked like small chunks of rock. I have pictures of them. They cut my mouth after crunching in my teeth. Talked to our waitress told her it was inedible there were 2 bites from it, and when we were charged for it asked to talk to the manager who was real arrogant. He told us "Well it is meat" I agree it is meat...but it shouldnt have dirt in it. And then he asked us why we didnt send it back...I didn't eat it and we told the waitress,what more do you want a customer to do? She should have known your procedure on what to do with improper food. I'm not sure if they dropped it on the floor or what to get the pebbles or whatever was In there but it was like chewing sand, we eat here a good bit and never complained once until tonight. 8 bucks don't mean much to me and i would have not said a word to you about it, but I wanted you aware in case there was a larger issue with the steak itself for future customers, so instead of a thank you or sorry, I get attitude from you. Maybe if your employees weren't on their cell phones you could have a cleaner restaurant with less problems of food contamination and...

Well, their pizza is tasty as well as pricey. They still have those strange rolls on their steak sandwiches. Being so close to Philadelphia area with those great rolls, it's difficult to like these strange flat bread/buns that is served here in Paesano's. It's not bad, but as we all know THE ROLL MAKES THE STEAK SANDWICH. Additionally, I walk my dogs near this place all of the time and I have observed CASES OF FROZEN MEATBALLS being unloaded in the back. It makes me wonder how much meat here is freshly prepared for the very high prices that they charge for meals. With all of that in mind, I wouldn't order anything but pizza and sometimes a sandwich. I suspect that every meat dish is frozen in origin, I didn't notice the word FRESH on any of the dinner dishes on the menu, and the prices are particularly high. Keep in mind that I never had anything here but pizza and steak sandwiches. Today I paid $100 for four large pies and two small sandwiches. I advise paying cash here because they hit you with a SURCHARGE for using credit cards. I think the counter people are very polite. I had a problem with one employee who unprovokingly slung an insult in the past but not since. Therefore, I give 3 stars. The pizza is...

The Penne Pasta meal was not as described. When brought to their attention, the Manager became very argumentative. He said it was my fault that I didn't understand and ask questions before ordering the Penne Pasta, and walked away. The waitress asked if I wanted to order something in it's place, which I did. When we received the bill it not only had the original order plus the replacement meal on the ticket. When we questioned the bill the Manger again became very argumentative. I asked him several times not to yell and calm down but he continued to try and argue with us. He said he would not take off the original order because I ate the salad and a bread stick. He also again said that it was my fault for not questioning the menu beforehand. He told me that I was obviously not a Chef and that maybe I needed to learn to cook and said that he didn't care if we returned in the future. Finally, he took the original Penne Pasta portion off the bill. I've never experienced anything like this in any restaurant I've...
