The food was good before the pandemic and then they seem to stop caring about how they made it. Combine that with completely shutting off customer interaction. They don't allow people into the restaurant anymore. Really weird because everything is blacked out from the inside. You cannot see them at all. They have a pick up window but they never bring the food out to you. They created this drive through like window where you can call when you get there then they put the food at the window. The problem is you cant fit your car and pick it up driving beside it because they have cones blocking a path instead of creating enough space to fit your car, so you still are forced to get out of your car to grab the food. They still say they deliver although I have not used that service since 2019. But forget trying to order your food and picking it up as the place feels so gloomy. Plus whoever answering the phone needs to take communication classes. He's really hard to understand. I want to support the business but seems like they are purposefully driving themselves to the ground. I used to eat there and order my lunch there. But not anymore, until they probably change business strategies. I would rather pay $10 to go to Taco bell. Check out the photos to see what im talking about.

New to the area I rely on reviews to figure out what’s worth going to and what might be a long shot I have to try for myself. Sesame chicken with wonton or egg drop soup is my usual Chinese restaurant go-to. I was definitely not disappointed here. Have enough for two dinners! Great flavor and texture on the chicken, rice was delicious and they have the combination of eggdrop wonton soup which is awesome! Don’t have to choose between the two; got the small soup great flavor with three big wontons

I will start by saying this is the best Chinese food in the local area, specifically, this place is better than Yummy, No.1, and New Hong Kong. I’ve eaten take-out here at least 10 times within the past year and have never had an issue. Good people, great service, and better quality Chinese food compared to local restaurants.

It would be a zero if that were an option. I ordered here one time. My family was in town from out of state and my order total was over $50. I was NOT advised when I placed my order that they are not accepting cash tips at that time; had this been relayed to me via telephone, the following would have never happened. Please be advised, I paid for my order over the phone.

When the delivery driver arrived with my food, not only was an entire meal missing BUT the driver proceeds to ask me how much I want to put as a tip and he will write it in. STOP!

I’ve worked in the food service industry for 10+ years. NEVER, do you EVER ASK👈🏻 how much your customer wants to tip so you can write it in!!!

I informed the driver that I would like to see the receipt so I can write in the tip amount myself and sign. His response was, “what, you don’t trust me?”

I responded, “absolutely not.”

This driver proceeded to argue with me in which I asked him to leave my property at once as he began to make me feel very uncomfortable. I even went to the extent of stating that I would call the police if he did not leave because his demeanor and reason for staying was making me uncomfortable. He continued to speak over me and remained where he was. I immediately called to speak with his manager who even heard me yelling over him, requesting that he leave.

While I was advising a representative of what took place, my father went to this mans window, TIPPED HIM IN CASH, just so he would leave from outside of my home. HE ACCEPTED THE CASH TIP AND THEN 👈🏻, FINALLY LEFT!

In the meantime, the representative explained of their NEW protocol (even though their driver went against protocol and accepted a cash tip HE DID NOT DESERVE) which I advised the way their driver handled the situation was unprofessional and unnerving. I continued to tell them that I was a first time customer and was not made aware of the way they handle there business and tips.

Allow me to add, tips are not required but a courtesy and you definitely NEVER ask to write in a tip amount for a customer.

This was two months ago.

I called today to place an order and give this business a second chance and was advised that I was placed on their do not deliver list. This is a first for me.

I do hope for all of their customers sake, present and future, that you are treated far better than I was. Good luck...

This place is as bad as a wreck ! The 9/4 @ about 5:20pm The woman taking orders was so rude ,unprofessional with zero customer service experience I have been buying there since we moved to town about 3years now I got no problem until yesterday I will never buy there again and the owner should beware of that employee that was taken orders 9/4 she is ruining her business, she yelled at me take my card number then hung up the phone before I complete my order mocking my ancient I called back to complete my order she put me on waiting without a word I hung up called back again and again before she answers then I canceled my order, people shouldn't have to deal with such attitudes and drama when buying food or anything at at all. I'm watching my card carefully to get my money back if I could give a zero star I would have my experience wasn't pleasant! I work as a customer service representative I...
