What business, especially a small business, refuses to remake something? It’s nearly unheard of. If you order something, and don’t like it, businesses are supposed to remake it or offer something in place of it, to create a positive customer experience, that’s how customers return and spend more money. How does anyone know they like something if they’ve never had it? I have to try it first lol I ordered a dorilocos, yes I was told what would come with it, which was no problem, but I was told it was an in general “spicy”. Maybe you guys should make different levels of spice, to avoid this issue. When I tried it, it was too spicy for my liking. I kindly and politely asked for it to be remade. I was then met with attitude, and 3 women behind the counter being rude and speaking to each other in Spanish about how much of a bad customer I was, also how if they allow me to have something remade, they’d have to do it for everyone. I’m Puerto Rican, I could 100% understand everything they were saying :) very disrespectful, rude and entitled women at this store who obviously don’t care about their business And would rather lose customers and money than do what’s right. I try new places all the time, and I spend more money every time I go somewhere, especially with great service. I love Mexican culture and food, I try to always support local Hispanic businesses. Very disappointed that they saw me as an inconvenience and a bother, just for asking them to do their jobs. And then to talk about me in front of me like I don’t understand? unfortunately will not be supporting this business ever again like I support the many Mexican businesses in the area and will definitely tell everyone I know not to support either. Wish I could’ve.

My daughters paid $11 for a small cup of orange juice without ice, along with other items, bringing the total to $60. However, instead of receiving pure orange juice, they were given a cup that was primarily filled with water, containing only a small percentage of actual juice. The store changed the cup sizes, stating that the price would remain the same, but in reality, the large size is now a medium, making it overpriced.

When I called the store to address this issue, the employee who answered was rude and accused us of lying, claiming that they do not add water to their juices, despite the clear evidence that the drink was diluted. I have included two pictures of the cup of “orange juice” for reference.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience at this location. Previously, my children purchased food there and received expired salsa. When I called to report this issue, the employee was also unhelpful, with a bad attitude,...

I’m big on finding hidden gems but to find one that is surrounded by a unified community just makes the experience all the more memorable. It’s essential to find a place that gives you that nostalgic feeling that reminds you of that little moment as a kid running to the ice cream truck, ordering your favorite dessert. Well we decided to get a fresas con crema (strawberries with cream) and mangonada (mango with Italian ice soft serve). From the presentation, to the taste, to the first bite. It will have you appreciating the work they put into it. Definitely spin the block for a quick bite😋☀️

Personally the walnuts also at the bottom of the cup as well will tie the fresas con crema beautifully. Imagine, cream...
