USA 1 Pizza — Restaurant in New Haven

I’m a neighborhood customer.. order from here all the time & everytime I give this place a chance I realize how much they DO NOT deserve my money .. I’ve ordered a large Bacon pizza for me and my friend for the owners, workers/family workers .. w.e ! to tell me that I’m using too much parmesan cheese & I would have to pay for it if I use anymore .. disrespectful & just arrogant. when the pizza is overly priced & not the best anyway; Pizza slices are so small they give you 2 slices of each for 3$ = equivalent to 1 overly burnt & reheated slices for the amount of 6$ . Asked for napkins tonight for them to tell me I should use my sweater ?!?! 😂 this play is a joke & should be shut down not only due to the prices but the horrendous customer service & racism of neighborhood customers here as well .. due to the location they should have a LOT OF MORE respect for the people who put money into this so called...

I placed an order and called back to verify the price which they told me was $26.50. So over the phone they told me $26.50 when they got here they told me $44.25. I called in letting them know what was happening and then they had the nerve to say I was playing with them. Horrible customer service and bad attitudes. The delivery driver was also trying to come in my house and act up.. i don't appreciate that. I had them give me my money back, gave them the food back, and I ordered from Liberty Pizza on 565 Ferry St, New Haven, CT 06513 off of Lombard where they had BETTER attitudes and prices! I'll NEVER order from or pay USA 1 Pizza again and let my people know about it too. Get it together USA 1 Pizza place.

As for everyone else just GO TO Liberty Pizza their pizza, attitudes, and prices...

I was born and raised in New Haven!! This USE to be my number one pizza spot!! BUT the one and only time I visited New Haven in years I stop by and there's new owners and just because my wife and I walked in a tad bit "loud" I assume according to them -they refuse to service?! like really?! that's pretty pathetic!! the guy must have been having a really rough day--- which whatever I just walked out but he obviously lost my business. SMH ridiculous.... so I suggest people if you're having a conversation with whoever you're with keep it down and make sure to not make it above between one and ten stay keep it a level three I guess that's what it takes to get...
