Generally, if the food or service is "ehhh", I don't leave a bad review. I figure people are having a bad day, maybe some equipment is off, or something else. I try to write it off and give them the benefit of the doubt. That being said, Chili's really let me down today. First, I called my order in versus using an app. Very professional and answered all my questions. No issues there. When I pulled into a spot, I had received a text with a link to pay. Great. Except the website it took me to had options for 18, 20, & 25% tip. If I tried to change to custom tip, the site stalled/crashed. If I'm sitting in a restaurant, I always tip. If the service is great, I'm all for 22-25%. But to place it in a bag and walk 40 feet, I'm gonna tip less. The website was having none of that. After about 10 times, I finally gave in and tipped 18%
Then Ashley came out and checked in with me. Very polite with a friendly smile. Told her I called in and she was happy to check on it. Received my order promptly, with a smile and thanks. That where the good news end, sadly.
I order the Triple Bites appetizer. 1 of the 2 burger bites patty was burn, and I ended up just eating the other 1. The Buffalo Boneless wings had a funny taste to them, and the Ranch didn't help. But my favorite item, the Southwest Egg-rolls, was so undercooked that the roll actually drooped when I picked it up. I pulled one apart and it was still doughy inside. Ugh! So disappointed.
Not sure what's happening at Chili's, but aside from Ashley and the sweet tea, this lunch was a total loss. I don't think I'll be trying them again...

I've been 3 times now and I'm not impressed. Service was fine unless you order anything from the bar. Expect to wait 10 mins or more for a beer. I believe this is the bartenders fault not the servers. If you are considering more than one beer you better order the next one as soon as you get your first one or you will most certainly be without beer for the rest of your meal. Only to have it show up when you are already finished eating.
Steak I had during one visit was supposed to be med rare but it came out medium at best. But I ate it anyway because it had already been 45 mins to get it to me and I was too hungry to wait any longer.
Burger I had during another visit was supposed to be medium rare but it came out medium well. The egg on my burger was supposed to be over medium but was somehow over cooked and under cooked at the same time. By that I mean the yolk was broken and completely cooked dry but the egg whites on half were somehow completly uncooked. Not a little slimy, I mean it was completely uncooked raw egg whites on half of the egg. Not even sure how you can accomplish such a feat.
Note that none of the times I went were during busy hours. The restaurant was maybe 1/4 full all the times I went. No wait to be seated or anything.
Will not be returning for a 4th try. They have had plenty of chances to give me a good experience and failed...
Read moreWhen we arrived to this establishment some of the tables were not cleaned and we assumed maybe they were very busy and unable to get to them. After we were seated we ordered our drinks and appetizers and realized the tables were still not cleaned. On the bright side our waitress was very sweet and took very good care of us. As we were eating my husband brought it to my attention that there was wax paper left on his burger. When I brought it to the waitresses attention she apologized and took the paper and half the burger to show her manager. She came back and explained that they would be making him a new burger. The manager whoever he/she is never came to our table to offer any words of apology or any type of customer service. The waitress brought the new burger which should have been brought by management and apologized again. She also informed us when she brought the ticket that the burger had been removed which also should have been told to us by management. The food was absolutely amazing and we weren’t even that upset the wax paper was forgotten. We were most disturbed that management has no idea what actual customer service entails or how to manage a food establishment. If it hadn’t been for management this establishment would be incredible!
