This is a wonderful Dunkin, one of the best I've been too. The communication and customer service is spot on and I love seeing the wonderful faces here. Due to being a previous Dunkin employee at multiple facilities and understanding the operations behind each, more people should be way more understanding and compassionate with the workers. Most of the time there are only under 6 workers in the afternoons from 12pm to around 8pm and even less if possible 3 and under between 8pm and 5am to produce not only donuts ranging within the hundreds but; drinks, food, cleanliness of the store, and restock. But to provide the best customer service and prepare for the next shift. Implying that this is no one's fault at all, not even the companies, due to a shortage of employees and only 1-2 of those employees on the daily basis baking those donuts in preparation for the day again ranging within the hundreds. Depending on the busyness of the store as well only one employee may have the free time to reproduce the same amount of donuts throughout the day. Consumers ordering them as they are being produced and yes it will take up to an hour or two because the donuts need to be baked and cooled before being topped. As well as the store has limited inventory for the amount of dough they can use for each day before they receive their truck to restock inventory. This being even more scarce due to it being a newly opened location, with fewer workers. Regards to the refresher drinks, the ingredients that they are made with is a requirement by the company because the refreshers are made with a very very sweetened concentrate, so they are required to be combines with a sparkling water, tea of your choice, or even lemonade. If none of those suit your tasting them you can add water. Theses added ingredients will not interfere with your drink immensely, because if you don't like any heavy added ingredients to add to the concentrate you can add a splash of one of your choosing, but you are required to add one. The employees have to follow company rules, it is their job. If the location is known for having their donuts sold out you can also place your order the day before or prior to your arrival to ensure that you will have your donuts upon arrival. THEY CANNOT stop consumers from purchasing the items of their choice. First come first serve, once they are gone they will need to be reproduced because they are now producing over their daily limit as well. Morning shift if one of the most intense shift because everyone has somewhere to be and something to do, consumers are coming from everywhere to receive their favourites and will do so. Most locations provide items for DoorDash, UberEats and more. They purchase DOZENS of donuts at a time. So please be considerate to the employees that are working their hardest to provide the best they can. THEY DON'T GET ENOUGH CREDIT FOR WHAT THEY DO AND ENDURE EVERYDAY. Love y'all so much💓 keep up...
Read moreI’ve been to Dunkin’ since they opened and let’s just say it’s been a rollercoaster. The first few times I went the coffees were AMAZING. But after those few times my coffee has just continued to taste different ever since. Most of the time it’s extremely bitter mind you I get the same coffee almost all the time. I can easily tell when it’s wrong by the color and God forbid you say something because the workers get ugly and disrespect. It was my favorite however I’m happily going to be going back to Starbucks because this was my last straw. Fire all your workers and get some new ones bc these are clearly too lazy to do the job...
Read moreNo donuts. Really, sold out a couple of hours before. Asked how long to make some, she said a couple of hours , well they missed a sell and now no repeat customer. We wanted to try the mango fruit drink advertised. Well I wanted low or no ice snd just mango. She said she had to put a certain amount of ice and tea or lemonade. I do not drink lemonade and tea at 7:00pm. No way. If could put no stars that is what I would put. My sister said, a big truck stop, huge sign for donuts and none, “I don’t like...
