Badda Bing's Italian Beef & Sausage — Restaurant in New Lenox

No just don't unless you want the girl at the counter to yell in your face when you order a burger .... She was just rude from the moment we walked in until we left. First we had never been here before and were looking at the menu to see what they had, the girl behind the counter doesn't greet us and as we stand looking at the menu she stands there staring at us with her pad in her hand annoyed that we were looking, then we go to order and before I could even get the words from my mouth to order a cheeseburger she yells in my face to the kitchen "CHEESEBURGER" ok I get it I know that has to get on but turn your head, not stare me in the eye as you do it! I then asked if their fried pickles were cut into spears or chip shaped she's like idk I guess they are round, when our order was ready my boyfriend asked if the fried pickles came with ranch she rudely said No and turned away, once we got home with our food it was as good as the service we received, everything was bland no real taste, I got the chicken philly that came on a pita wrap which tasted off, the burger was so over done my son didn't even finish it. Ordered at 6:15 email said pickup between 6:36 and 6:51. Arrived at 6:50 and was told 10 minutes. Fast food ordered ahead is going to take nearly an hour when ordered in advance and picking up. No thanks. Drive through orders are going quickly. Issues in the kitchen. Finding a new place.2 of 4 items ordered were gyros those take 2 minutes.The kitchen is a DISASTER. Chaos rules. We were on our way out passing thru decided we would get a combo looking for a good one, We looked on Google for a highly recommended beef and sausage combo. And we found a few.. especially this one had a good review. I was interested to see what there big beef and sausage combo was like! I will tell you we were not disappointed! The beef and sausage combo was huge with hot peppers was excellent. The beef sandwich by itself without the sausage was also excellent but if you're an eater get the combo beef and sausage combo with hot peppers was all you need! The staff member that helped us seem like she might have been the owner I'm not for sure but if she was not she was very nice and also interested in knowing about how our visit to Badda Bing was going and if she could get anything for me, she was very polite.
