ORDERED A BLUEBERRY MUFFIN 4AM - LADY SAYS NOT READY YET, I REPLIED IT WAS FOR MY WIFE... SHE SAYS OH ITS FOR YOUR WIFE - I HAVE 1 GOT HOME GAVE IT TO WIFE - MY WIFE REPLIED THAT IT WAS STALE/OLD AND TOSSED IT. WAS THEIR AGAIN LAST WEEK AND TRYING TO ORDER A COFFEE 1 WORKER HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND 3 WERE STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING - THEN THEY ALL DISAPPEARED AND WENT AROUND THE BACK - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SVC. ALL STARTED WHEN THIS LADY THOUGHT I WAS CHECKING HER OUT THRU DRIVETHRU WINDOW - BUT WAS READING THE STORE HOURS PRINTED ON WINDOW. ALSO MENTIONED THIS TO ANOTHER DUNKIN STORE OWNER... THIS IS AN OLDER MEXICAN LADY WITH HAIR SCREWED UP AND CUT OFF IN BACK... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - THESE PEOPLE PICK AND CHOOSE CUSTOMERS THEY LIKE ETC, IRONICALLY I DID NOTHING - BUT BECAUSE SHE HAS TERRIBLE PERCEPTION - IVE BEEN PAYING FOR IT EVER SINCE. WILL BE TALKING WITH THE OWNER THIS WEEK ABOUT HER TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE PASSING...

By far the worst Dunkin’ ever. They are always messing up the order. A bunch of teenagers that don’t care!!! I just ordered from the drive thru 2 coffees 2 chocolate milks and 25 munchkins 1/2 jelly 1/2 glazed. I get to the window and pay as they are giving me my order I check the munchkins low and behold it was mixed. I tell them I didn’t order that and their reply was we don’t have jelly munchkins. I tell them just give me 10 munchkins and 2 donuts so they did, but the other problem was i told them there is a cost difference and would would like some of my money back they looked at me like I was crazy. It’s not a big deal that they don’t have the munchkins the problem is they never communicate and just give you anything. Just pure carelessness by a bunch of teenagers!!!! Everytime I come this place they mess up something! If I forget to check if my ovacado toast has bacon on it I don't hlget it. Even when I order the same thing everytime. I'll order on the app and I'll pull up to get my drink and toast and everytime I have to tell them I ordered food as well. Just this morning I paid for myself then I paid for the person that I knew behind me and I had a feeling they were gonna charge her even though I paid, so I called and I'm glad I did because of course they tried to charge the person I just paid for. Then I pull away and of course no bacon on my ovacado toast and it says it right on there that I ordered and paid for bacon. The customer service is not good they're.
