Read moreI have received poor customer service on 3 different occasions at this location. The employees that have been on staff have had no empathy either when they make a mistake. I recently ordered donuts as a reward for my kiddos, and once I got home and got them all unbuckled, I realized they had shorted me two donuts, which doesn't go over well with small kiddos. When I called they just said sorry and I could come back there and pick them up. It didn't sound very sincere and this was a manager that I was speaking to. On another occasion, my toddler really needed to use the bathroom when we were doing a DD run . I rushed in and politely asked to use the restroom as she was about to have an accident. They told me the bathroom is only for employees due to Covid. They also informed me I could take her across the street to Subway to use their restroom. Due to her urgency she ended up having to go potty in a snowbank outside, because she couldn't make it in time. If Subway can allow their bathrooms to be utilized by their patrons, so can Dunkin. If you can be open to sell donuts and coffee, you should also provide your customers the ability to use the restroom. This is a common courtesy, and I am disappointed in the ongoing lack of customer service at...
Read moreSadly every time I come here this Dunkin donuts is disorganized and the employees are rude. I've had 3 times where they argue with me. Today my order was messed up again, just a coffee order, and the boy with long hair tied up argued with me about what I ordered. Ironically i noticed right away that he was upset, unhappy while i was ordering. I told him he smile... I asked him what was wrong. I made him smile. And he told me work is hard on Sunday with no help... point is... keep smiling and LISTEN to the guests. Get the orders right and your day will be better. And to top it off I couldn't believe he argued with me about what I ordered?! I wish they could be more professional and organized. :( sorry u were having a bad day kid. I was compassionate. Then u argue with me... ...
