I went to this location fora late dinner after working a 12 hour day. Went through the drive through they told me after I ordered and payed for my food that they didn't have any ice tea made and asked if I wanted something else so I wouldn't have to wait for them to make it which was OK by me but then I had to wait more than 5 minutes for my meal and when I got it it was COLD!!!! Really I have not liked the burgers since they quit cooking them on a grill years ago, so the past few years I rarely eat anything except breakfast at McDonald's but now that the prices have gone up so much over the last year I hardly eat there at all. After tonight's experience it will only be shear desperation to ever get me to eat at one again. By far the worst fast food money can buy in this area. Read moreI go to this McDonald's early in the morning. They make it inconvenient because they only accept cash at that time. Also, even though it is early in the morning, many times my muffin is very hard and stale, like it's been sitting. ??? They also mess up my order often. The last time, I ordered a #1 - Egg McMuffin meal, I drove off (again) and discovered they gave me a sausage McMuffin (again). When I went back, the lady insisted that I specifically ordered a Sausage McMuffin meal and blamed me. I hate sausage and would never make that mistake. Another thing I am unhappy about is that they often tell me they cannot give me hash browns because they are cleaning the fryer. Don't they have a backup plan for situations like that? The one thing I do like is that they seemed to have recently hired a handful of millennials who are really nice and "engaging" with their customer service. Let's hope things get better....and the good employees get the credit...

Not to mention they were painting yellow lines literally at the drive thru only to get fresh paint on my tires. No caution wet paint signs. Then I got demonized for complaining about the incident by acting supervisor. Store manager was kind and professional tho. In conclusion, too many youngsters work there and by default it complicates the idea of “fast food” service. In addition, English is an issue and the food is inconsistent at being what you paid for.
