Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New Orleans

Placed an order at the Crowder Blvd location. The order was hot and fresh. Came home to enjoy the dish but happened to turn the pizza over and there was a bug baked into the crust. I contacted the location immediately to inform the staff of the discovery and the guy who answered snickered and directed me to contact customer service. Contacted customer service which was an automatic system that directed callers to contact the actual location to speak with a store manager regarding order issues. I like to call ahead and order so I don’t have to wait. Wait is usually over 15 minutes. They used to not answer the phone. Then all those employees were cleared out and all new came in. Now they answer the phone which is an improvement; however kind of a waste. You cannot reserve an order. They don’t take names. I placed a phone order, stopped at the grocery briefly on my way to pick up the pizzas. Arrived 40 minutes after I placed the order. I checked the time on my phone. Placed and order by phone and went in to pick it up. The manager went to get the pizza and it was incorrect. when he asked Kelly M. about the error she began screaming: "I did not make the mistake, the customer did!" I asked the manager was she talking about me? he kept telling her to stop with her mouth but she continued arguing. I told the manager I do not want the pizza. I have never been treated so rudely by a worker at an establishment.
