I just left here. No food or service!!! The entire team was on break after we waited for more than 15 mins for someone to come to the drive thru. I actually thought it was closed but my daughter insisted that 8:00 pm was too early to be closed. I got out my car walked around the side said "hello" a few times by the drive thru window no one answered, a young lady in all black was by a clock and mentioned she was going on break that she would get someone. I went back to my car, no one came so I got out and walked all the way around to the front because two more cars pulled behind me and there were 3 males and one female sitting outside all of them said they were on "break". No sense of urgency about serving the cars that were pulling up, literally no one moved. The one female saw me in the back and said she was going to call someone to the drive thru and didn't. The girl that was supposed to take our order became upset with my complaint and kept yelling alright be=ut never left the door and called me a b-it-h twice because I asked for a manager. The manager did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! This literally just happened 8/23/21 8:15pm and literally the entire shift should be fired. I applaud this location for giving young people the opportunity to gain work experience but this group clearly has had no customer service training or professionalism. Well today I experienced one of the worst moments I woke up early at 6:20 am knowing I wasnât going to have time to make my breakfast I decided to order my breakfast pick it up at the McDonaldâs on General DeGaulle. I order my breakfast at 6:20 am ( yes just waking up ) said to myself by the time I shower get ready for my class my breakfast will be ready for me to pick it up right ? Well I was wrong I went to McDonaldâs on General DeGaulle told the lady on the drive through gave my order code number she told me it wasnât showing up on the system told me to pull up on the second window. I got to the second window the lady there told me I didnât pay for my breakfast I told her I did pay for it she told me I was lying didnât pay. So I told her I did pay for it at 6:20 am so I order my breakfast again to pay for it when I checked my bank account I see I got charged 5 times for my breakfast I never got it. They made me wait 30 minutes yes ridiculous, I was already late for my morning class. First time in my life I drove super fast so I wouldnât be late for my class I have a test and after my classes I have to go to work be there until closing time. Here are proves I got charged 5 times.    Read moreMy visit at McDonaldâs on General Degualle, started as a normal drive thru visit. I had a order which included a number 7 with a extra burrito and a extra hash brown. I went to the window and the cashier repeated back my order everything was correct but the extra hash brown. She then proceeds to argue with me that I didnât order a extra hash brown( when my partner said I did mention it in the order) I didnât say anything and decided not to argue back and just asked if she can add the extra hash brown since apparently I didnât order it. Then we get to the pick up window. I checked the bag and only had 3 hash browns when the order all together had 4. The little girl at the window argued with me and told me that they were all there. So my partner asked if she wanted to check the bag, and we gave the bag back and she definitely put my other hash brown that I paid for in there. Okay period. Long story short, these people are very unprofessional. You shouldnât treat a customer as if they are delirious to what they ordered. If a customer say they missing something !!
