I am here because I could not let this go unnoticed or heard. On Saturday, July 20, I came in and requested to speak with a supervisor. I was unaware at the time, how postal deliveries work when having an outside carrier deliver your package to your P.O Box. Anyways, the manager came out and asked for my information to go look for my package herself. When she didn't find it at the time (looking back, I was too early) she came out and asked for my number and PO Box. She said if she came across it, she would call me, etc. She was so very polite, I left there feeling better because honestly I was disappointed it would be 3 days before I get my package because it was the weekend. Well yesterday, that same supervisor called me. Like she called to make sure if I ever received my package. That sent me inside my home with the biggest smile that I needed at that moment. It's people like that who makes this world a better place. Please acknowledge her for her efforts. It meant a whole lot. I must also note, everytime I have came in there, I am always greeted with kindness. However, some businesses have supervisor's whom do not care much. The interaction was genuine and the phone call summed it up. Great Job, and Thank you again! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a pair of shoes that should've been delivered 8/1/18. because the carrier didn't want to walk up to the 3rd floor where I live, she put a "Unsecured location" sticker in my mailbox. I had to requested re delivery for 8/4/18. No one showed up at all, I called CS to file a complaint. The next day I received a call from Marlon, the Manager saying that he didn't know why my package wasn't delivered. He said it was Rodney Collin's fault bc he's the supervisor responsible for pulling re delivery request and handing them off to the carriers. I asked when I could expect my package, he told me " You can pick them up today,or have them delivered tomorrow." I told him that was unacceptable and that I want my package today(8/8/2018)! When I got home , I was informed that that the carrier told my bf that the reason I didn't receive my package is bc "We don't deliver to the third floor" Now, I online shop a lot so I know for a fact that's not true bc I've had Carriers come knock on my door and give me packages that don't fit in my box! Those people should be replaced with haggard and or frowning faces, because that is exactly what it's like to deal with this post office, and the USPS in general. I receive frequent shipments from Amazon and EBay as well as other sources. Other carriers have a stellar record. USPS? Not even close. This office routinely misses scheduled delivery dates, delivers my neighbor's mail to me, delivers my mail to my neighbor. I rate this particular office because the problems seem to happen on the last mile with the locals. I don't have anything unusual going on with my house or neighborhood as far as I can tell. The latest is a package that was said to be delivered but was not. Since I can't control what shipping provider sellers use, I have to put up with this. Don't bother going over there either, unless you want to feel like an idiot for the day. This is one skill that this team...
