The drive thur is not excepting credit cards just cash. You can come in the store and pay with your card. Huh? This is crazy. Let me add, my wife wanted the chicken, I would have just got the hell out of their. I had to wait thur drive thur traffic, go all the way back around the area to get back to the store. Then I go into the store to order and pay and immediately walk upon the drive thur worker and manager in conversation about me. Well I could not say anything because they where fixing my wife food and I didn't want the chicken to accidentally hit the floor. But I understood the problem: What make this store bad is not the drive thur cashier. It's poorly trained managers. The credit card machine at drive thur was down but the nearest one (working) was just three step away. This manager would rather inconvenience the customer then have the cashier walk three steps to a working machine. How many customers just droved off and didn't come back? How much lost revenue she cause the store. BTW the chicken was so small. I love my wife and I always want to make sure she is happy but I hope she NEVER ask me to stop at this damn...
Read morei go to this specific Popeyes about once a year. each time i go i have a bad experience. each time i go i tell myself to never go back and yet i continue to give them another chance. and i continue to be disappointed. Yesterday I went into the lobby and there was only one person in line. Good- but it still took 9 minutes to place my order.it took another 19 minutes to get my order even though i told them i would take whatever they had, spicy or mild , it didn't matter. when i finally got my order and started to leave they called me back saying they gave me 10 pieces instead of eight. they checked my receipt and took back two pieces of chicken. when i got home i realized that they shorted me four biscuits and a large order of cajun rice. charged me for it though. you'd think they would have noticed since they were so worried about checking my order to make sure i didn't get two extra pieces. After spending a half hour waiting for my order (fast food?!) I did not bother to go back and correct their mistake. But this time i'm really not going back. no...
Read moreWe had family visit from Texas , they like Popeyes so we decided to go here. 4/21/25 around 8pm , we ordered in the drive thru. My father is law was SHOCKED with how rude the staff was. Horrible customer service and attitude. All we said was hello at the window, because no one acknowledged us as we pulled up. Whoever was taking orders yelled "I'm with another customer!!" Then continued to talk bad about our family while her mic was still on/we could hear her complaining through the speaker. Shocked with the employees attitude, we forgot to order drinks, we tried to add drinks when we paid and were told no. Also asked for ketchup and were told they had no ketchup. They're promoting the fried pickles but were out of those as well. Our fries were hard and cold, dirty rice was also cold. Management needs to train their employees on customer service. It's unacceptable that paying customer are being treated this way! Like we're annoying y'all by ordering food. No one is forcing y'all to work there, if you hate your job so much then quit!!...
